- SBSam Brady3 days ago4.0Overall it’s a good hotel, the rooms are spacious and kept clean ish. There were a few spiders hanging around in the corners of my room. The shower was pretty hot and the beds comfortable. Breakfast is prepared for each customer, just tell the lady what you want and she brings it out for you. The lady in the breakfast section deserves a pay rise, she was running around doing 10 jobs at once and always had a smile on her face.
- PGPaul GirlingMay 25, 20264.0The rooms are dated here compared to a lot of modern Premier Inns. Mould in the bathrooms, chipped furniture etc. Not the quietest premier inn either. But, what is exceptional about this Premier Inn is the staff. They are always extremely friendly and kind to my young daughter, making her feel special at breakfast with games and activities, even if the breakfast is busy. That level of attention is unusual nowadays, particularly at hotels such as Premier Inn, so it was really appreciated. Have stayed there a few times before, tried another Premier Inn in Ipswich recently and it just wasn't the same. Will definitely be back.

The room lacked AC, but was comfortable. I had a good nights sleep in the very comfortable bed and the staff were all very friendly.
