- SFSue FairbairnAug 7, 20265.0After a rather fraught journey we arrived earlier than check-in time but the reception team couldn't have been more helpful or welcoming. They had no problem with us sitting in the restaurant lounge area until our room was ready and they even made us tea & coffees. Our room was spotless and spacious. The bed was comfy and the pillows amazing. We had a great sleep and woke up relaxed and refreshed. We'd chosen the traditional breakfast option and we were pleased with that, too. Lovely fresh fruit salad, granola & yoghurt, followed by perfect poached eggs! Big thanks to the reception team, especially Emily & Kelcey and the breakfast host, Justin. Tammy from Housekeeping was an absolute star, too. Thank you all for looking after us so well. x
