I stayed here last weekend and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is very easy to access by car, and the free on-site parking was a great bonus. The staff throughout the hotel were incredible. We were treated to a complimentary breakfast that was absolutely amazing, featuring an excellent variety of choices. They are highly accommodating to dietary needs, offering plenty of vegan options alongside on-request items like porridge and vegan sausages. A special mention goes to Wendy at breakfast, who was exceptionally helpful in guiding me through the options suitable for my allergies. The room itself was spacious, and the shower was excellent. I also highly appreciated the convenience of the 24/7 reception and the unrestricted, secure access to the hotel at any hour. I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning.

Room not very big. Bathroom a little old fashioned with a bath so not easy to get in or out if you just want a shower. The water pressure was quite poor. Window was facing a wall so little light and no view. The room was opposite the laundry room so be e as early mornings there was a lot of noise and activity and the heavy doors opening and closing. I'm not impressed as I was also a club member. On top of that they seem to have accidentally charged me £50 for no reason at all. I was told it will get refunded but would take a few days. I was only told this when I asked why there was a charge when I had already prepaid. I don't think they would have volunteered this information.

I had a super time with my little dachshund last evening . The receptionist was very friendly and told me where I could walk my dog and it was very nearby a beautiful wood leading down to the waters edge. There was a minor problem for me and the receptionist Rebekah helped me .Her help was really appreciated . I was delighted with the friendly atmosphere in the bar area and my stay although only for one night was lovely. It was a perfect quiet location for my Onward journey the next morning thank you !
