We used the Premier Inn at Prestwick prior to an early morning flight. It is a few minutes drive to the airport parking which is ideal. The room was extremely nice and the staff very friendly and efficient. I'd highly recommend a stay here.

The temperature within the corridor and in our room was stifling.
We left the window open throughout our stay and we couldn’t get the temperature to drop below 24 degrees.
Our stay was otherwise everything you can expect from a Premier Inn.

Lovely room with updated decor. Actually the first I've seen and it's very nice and felt clean and fresh. The facilities were good: table and chair, side table, TV and a place for drinks, cases and clothes.
The bathroom night light in purple was great to use at night and very on brand.
The main bed was comfy, as was the second bed, but my son slept in a pop up bed and said it was the most uncomfortable bed he'd ever used.
The restaurant only serves breakfast now the brewers fayre is shut and there didn't look to be much room, plus it was boiling in there... Which brings me on to the other big negative. The room was BOILING. It was about 14 outside and got up to 26 in the room, only dropping to 24.5 the next day and it was stifling. I heard other people comment too so it wasn't just us and we were all sleeping without the duvet and just the sheet and were still too hot. The mattress protectors didn't help either. On our last night we were all up at 3am with various issues....headache, prickly heat rash and just feeling off because it was too hot.
Staff were pleasant and the location of the hotel is great for Prestwick, Ayr and Troon.

Very nice room, that was clearly recently updated! Seems to have had a full refurb, not just a coat of paint. Very polite, friendly staff. BP, with an M&S food right opposite. Built in restaurant that only serves breakfast, now replaces the restaurant that was next door. Bus stop right over the road from the hotel, and airport literally next door, although for our few night here had no noise at all from the planes.
