  Stayed here twice now on business, staff are always warm and welcoming, easy fuss free check in, rooms are great, comfy beds. Breakfast is nice. Plentiful parking. Only thing I would say if I was being real picky, is the beer garden/patio area was very messy the morning I went down for breakfast, a little more care of the exterior of the establishment wouldn’t go a miss, but other than that it’s always been a pleasant stay and fairly priced.

  Well what can I say..? The staff at the hotel and the restaurant where absolutely amazing, so friendly and welcoming and also extremely helpful you honestly couldn't ask for better staff 🥰 As for the room, it was your typical premier Inn room but the bed was poorly made (not an issue to me) and dirty tissue was left on the floor a lil bit gross but I left it there as I was only there for the one night... The restaurant was average my medium rare steak was more on the medium side but was very edible and I can't recommend the pepper corn sauce enough 😋 My only major downside was my mattress had dipped BUT I politely said that I'd had an uncomfortable sleep due to that and again the member of staff was amazing, recording immediately and by the time I checked out there was a care package complete with a personal apology from the manger left for me at the desk. If you are looking for a budget friendly stay with great care and staff I would highly recommend this branch of premier Inn. Thank you to all of the staff who took care of my stay on the 09/06/2026 🥰

  The best premier inn I’ve ever stayed at. We booked last minute, absolutely knackered and had aches and pains everywhere after a lengthy move process. Fair pricing, comfortable snug room, quiet as well as cozy vibes whilst not cheeping out on bedding, toiletries and amenities like free parking, WiFi as well as coffee and tea in the room and tv. Friendly late check in staff available, smooth process, smooth check out process, make sure to validate your parking once you enter- it’s hard to miss the sign at reception. Vending machine available. Lovely experience and they had even provided a fan for our comfort. Oh yes for once the kettle was genuinely clean and scale free- making it even more appealing for a hot drink when usually these are gross. The first premier inn I’ve ever stayed at that is actually clean.

  Lovely stay at Premier Inn West Brom, brilliant night sleep on a very comfortable bed. Also had a great breakfast cooked to order with outstanding service from the lovely Danielle.

  It was okay, handily placed for us travelling south from M6 onto M5 and handy for the rapid EV chargers across the road at the Arnold Clark depot. The room was clean enough and the bed was comfortable however the decor was a bit drab and worn in places so really could be doing with a refurb. I booked here well in advance and always choose the saver rate and it was pretty much the best value I could find close to our route.
