- LPLiam Pickering6 days ago1.0I was incredibly disappointed with my stay here. The room was dingy, poorly lit, and felt completely outdated. Worse still, there was visible mould in the room, which is a serious health hazard. To top it off, the bathroom was in disrepair, with the bath panel completely knackered. I absolutely do not recommend staying here until major deep cleaning and renovations take place.

From working breakfast to the evening shift; she conducts herself very well and is the reason why I had such an enjoyable stay.

The restaurant was very nice+the food choices the usual for Premier Inn. Jess, our hostess at breakfast was just st lovely. Couldn't have asked for a nicer or more helpful staff member. Have to say that Oldbury isn't a place I'd want to visit again+hotel was away from anywhere other than the Kentucky Fried Chicken! Without a satnav wouldn't have found the hotel but maybe that's just the West Bromwich area!
