  Close to a nice lake and lots of food shops!! Somehow, despite being close to a big road, it's not loud at all. Big lounge and very friendly staff. Definitely worth a stay!!

  Firs they made a misstake and gived wrong room numbers taked ca 20 minutes. The AC was not worked in 2 rooms, we got other room where even not worked just the 3rd room was ok. They WIFI was very low many times droped to 1 Mb/s, every day I had to go ask them for fix this issue. They promised twice inform me, what happened, but never informedme. After 2days still no stable internet connection. Breakfast was ok, rooms was clean. Unfortunately, the room was very dark; there was no ceiling light, and there was what looked like someone's forehead print on the mirror. The windows couldn't be opened, so unfortunately, it was impossible to let any fresh air in. In the hallway and the stairwell, you could suffocate from the heat, whereas around the reception area, it was extremely cold.

  Hotel is in perfect location and staff are good. However there was fire incident in hotel when i was there. We had to go to fire assembly in sorts and t-shirt outside cark park for 2 hours without any updates in freezing windy and cold weather.At least management should have acted professional enough to reassure safety of customers and updates on incident. Instead we were waiting in shivering cold not knowing how long we gonna be there. At least have courtesy to thank customers for their patience and hard time after it was resolved.

  Room was very good size. Breakfast tasty but the male receptionist who was at work on Saturday the 6th of June day time, sorry forgot his name, he was excellent. Very polite, extremely helpful, his service was top notch 👌. Please pass him the best compliments.

  A complete nightmare! We checked in during a 24 Celsius heatwave, only to find the AC was broken. The front desk refused to change our room, claiming they were fully booked. To make matters worse, the windows could not be opened at all, making the room feel exactly like a sauna! Their only solution was providing a single electric fan, which did nothing but blow hot air around this sealed oven. It was impossible to sleep. This is unacceptable and unsafe for a fully paid hotel stay. Dreadful management and zero care for guests. Avoid at all costs! 【LATEST UPDATE 24/05 22:45】 Thank you for the template apology, Molly. And a huge "thank you" to the management for their incredibly humorous response. After learning that we were trapped in a 24 Celsius sealed sauna with no AC and locked windows, the hotel showed immense "generosity" by sending in a SECOND electric fan! Yes, I am inside the room right now, enjoying the luxury treatment of having two fans violently blasting hot air around an oven. Is this the IHG brand standard for crisis management nowadays? We paid for a proper hotel stay, not to rent fans for a survival camp. Stop posting hypocritical PR replies online.
