  Really enjoyed our stay only a few bits needed like a mini fridge and small safe but other then that it was well worth the stay the staff where lovely and helpful, amazing walk near by that leads to a nature reserve, pubs in walking distance, wasnt looking forward to this trip but was pleasantly surprised, worth a visit, would go again

  Booked room on arrival was told over booked family rooms ended up sleeping on a single camp bed had to wait over hour and a half at 2am till they found a room for us we wernt the only ones waiting

  Lovely Hotel. Our room had issues with the AC and we were given another room right away. Breakfast was inclusive. They have an ALDI supermarket across the road. Would have been nice to have a small fridge and microwave in the room.

  Absolutely shocking service and stay. The room stank. This was after a £1m refurb? Everything was really expensive and there’s an Aldi across the road where you can get 4pk of lager for less than half at the hotel. I’d avoid this place like the plague. I only found out about the troubles it had after my stay and if I’d have known I’d have gone to the best western!

  Standard HIE but with a major difference, the staff. I will call out Jack on particular who had just had to face a moaning customer before me giving him a hard time about not knowing the precise name of a road which he death with so professionally despite provocation. He then death with me brilliantly and resolved our problem, all of my own making. HI you need to look after him he's a great ambassador for your brand!
