    Hotel itself is nice. However it cost 15 pound a night to park your car. This seems to be a common thing with IHG, hotel is priced appropriately only to arrive and find out they’re going to rake you over the coals for parking. Their excuse is the parking isn’t ran by them. So ya your property that you hired this third party service to manage. Do better. After being here for a few nights let me give the hotel a real review. First thing first the doors here SLAM. Like excessively loud slam shut unless you hold it as it closes. Not just our room but you can hear someone literally 10 doors down leave their room. It’s the infuriating hearing people leave at 3am to go catch a flight and it scares you awake. Not cool. The pillows I’m sure prisons have better pillows, they are absurdly flat and offer no support. The only positive of this hotel has been the restaurant wait staff. The food is surprisingly good for being a hotel restaurant and the servers are all attentive and do a great job. I would come back here for a meal but they couldn’t pay me to stay here again.

    Can't knock the location or the helpful staff, but I'll happily knock the dreadfully uncomfortable beds and ridiculously priced food. Plus, something we thought we were getting for £128 on their website ended up as £197 by the time we paid. It's our fault for not checking the booking before paying, but this is sharp practice. £197 for a night in a substandard bed is not good. Would only recommend if you get a good deal. We won't be making the same mistake again.

    Spent one night here before flying out the next morning. My husband found a bed bug crawling on his bed, Yuk! I did take the bug down to the reception desk and gave it to the clerk. He was very apologetic and receptive. Asked if I wanted the the on duty manger , I just said no make sure this room is taken care of for your next guest. I then pulled back my quilt and found a blood stain on my bed, and noticed a bite on my lower leg. obviously had been bitten by a bed bug over night Not happy with our stay at this location.
