  Paid for breakfast which was absolutely disappointing. Juices were almost empty, coffee machine not working. Just mushrooms and beans left for breakfast. Told by 1 lady she has no help and the only one running everything. What a disaster.

  Great location, closer to all major connections and has a few chain takeaways on door step. Parking is free and convenient but the rooms are dated and in desperate need for TLC. Paintwork literally falling of the walls in bathroom, definitely not worth the price.

  Would never stay here by choice, but work always books this fine establishment when they send us on training. I wish they didn’t.. I am not expecting a lot, but by far the worst Premier Inn I have ever stayed in. I don’t know if it’s the lack of staff, but the service is just atrocious. Come down for breakfast at 7:30, breakfast buffet is basically empty. Wait 1.5 hours for two courses at dinner. You need to “book” a table for dinner at a Premier Inn. This is not a 5-star restaurant we are talking about. The rooms are pretty dated as well. I guess at least the air conditioning works.

  We spend a lot of time in Premier Inn hotels for work purposes, I can honestly say that this one is the worst by far. When we arrived on Monday we were told that the freezer had broken down and they had a limited menu available, on Tuesday we were told a new freezer was arriving and the full menu would be back, unfortunately by Wednesday there is hardly anything left on menu, staff couldn't give any help. Management is very lapse and no manager available. Last time we book here.

  Just arrived. Booked in fine although young man was grumpy! Only had one set of towels for 2 of us. Went to see reception. He gave us a bath towel and said he'd bring a small one. This never arrived. We then found the bin in the bathroom hadn't been empty and had an incontinence pad in it. We also needed toilet roll. Went to reception again. Eventually bin was emptied, towels received and toilet tissue delivered. The room is also very warm even with so called air con. Next the restaurant. We booked for 6pm. Arrived at 5.45 was told abruptly that we were too early! Maybe politely ask your patrons to take seat and would they like a drink whilst waiting?
