  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding service from Holly and Anya We’ve stayed in a lot of Premier Inn hotels over the years because of our work, so we’ve had plenty of experience of the different standards of service you can receive. That’s why I wanted to take the time to give Holly and Anya at the Premier Inn Rochdale the recognition they deserve. From the moment we arrived, Holly was exceptional. She was friendly, welcoming, attentive and genuinely went out of her way to make sure we were looked after. It was obvious that providing good customer service wasn’t just something she was doing because it was her job — she genuinely cared about our experience. A special mention also has to go to Anya, the chef, who cooked our breakfast exactly how we wanted it. Everything was prepared perfectly, and she clearly takes pride in what she does. We’ve stayed in many Premier Inns where the experience hasn’t always lived up to expectations, so when you come across staff who really do go that extra mile, I think it’s important to say so. Holly and Anya are a credit to the Premier Inn Rochdale team. Their professionalism, friendliness and attention to detail made a real difference to our stay. Please pass on our thanks to both of them. They were genuinely exceptional, and they deserve to be recognised for it. 👏🏾👏🏾 Five stars without hesitation! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Another good stay here although prices have shot up. £111 for one night and on top of that you have to pay to park on site now.

  Absolute legend of a receptionist, a few of us (customers) all turning up at the same time. She dealt with everything with a smile and polite. Rooms were excellent. Clean, tidy and well prepared. Our meals were excellent and plentiful. Breakfast was beyond delicious and as it was as much as you want, getting more whilst piggish, was totally filling. Hot and tasty. Ample parking and just off the M62.

  The hotel is good, we've stayed a few times before. All the other times parking was free but you had to register your vehicle to use the car park. That is of course totally fine. But now they charge for parking separately. It seems they are grabbing at unimaginative ways to extract money from customers while not adding any new value. Same car park, same registration system. New additional charge.
