  One of the best premier inns I’ve stayed in. The rooms are great, but the bar staff really made the stay comfortable and felt like we were at home. A massive shout out to Mel, who despite runnjng around doing the job of multiple people, did it with a smile and such beautifully friendly vibes. What a legend. Would recommend this premier inn.

  Update 3 october 2026 up on ordering food tonight found hair on my plate on top of garlic bread and cheese not cooked correctly . Tryied to raise it to member of staff very quilckly wanted to take plates of me. Also found building extermley cold also The experience isnt here anymore since change over Update following speaking to hotel management this morning she was very supportive and take steps to sort aspects out . I am adding this based on experience today . I’m Leaving this view to service and respond I got yesterday being 10 September 2026. I was only currently stay at location until Friday 11 September 2026 and in room 131 room with a view . Up being told I’m staying until Tuesday of next week . I have gone to reception to check new booking on top of getting my key card cut , following communication with staff on reception, I was advised i would be charged extra £10.00 per night so total of £40.00 for room with a view that all you can really see his tree bench . My other options I had to come back after 15.00 to check in to 124 instead of 131. It’s some what really poor that being charge extra for when no view just tree in the way . Third opinion I pay £15.00 for early check but this might not be possible due to someone in my new room already . It’s become quiet. Clear all about money rather supporting and helping a customer, who first time here and 6 nights been spent in hotel . No guess to make sure they ok and relaxed has possible. Very disappointing wouldn’t stay here again .

  As always great staff and service.. no air con tho. Parking good .beefeater good breakfast good.. 3/4 mile out the centre but stuff around it .

  I genuinely prefer Premier Inn over Travelodge but one thing letting them down is no air conditioning except in Premier Inn Plus hotels. Anything below Manchester now has to have air conditioning. Summers are not going back to how they used to be. This must be put on the to do list ASAP🌡️🫠😳🔥😰😵‍💫
