While not cheap, the prices are reasonable for costly Perth. I don't like the self-service check in but a staff member did come out when we rang for information.
Situation is central and very convenient for attractions, buses and shopping.
As usual with Premier Inn, the beds are super comfotable and the crisp, fresh linen is impeccable.
Although I only needed a single room, I had to use and pay for a double - that's fairly usual but there was also a spare divan leaving no room for a comfy chair.
Even couples only get one hand towel to share although I believe that you can ask for more.
As I did not pay for a Premium room, I did not expect a fridge but there wasn't even a minibar or a cool box so no way of keeping milk cool. This in spite of the note saying that we are welcome to eat in our room. Hmm. . . I had planned to buy a picnic each evening for the following day's lunch
I really don't like that there is no room clean unless requested - not even bin emptying. There is a musty smell as you enter the room - probably owing to infrequent vacuuming.
The young staff were all pleasant and helpful. Coffee was pleasant and breakfast food was fine.

Just returned from a fantastic stay at the Premier Inn in Perth. Staff were friendly and helpful and rooms were immaculate and so comfy. Special shout out to Laurie (hope that’s correct spelling) who went above and beyond when we had problems with our car whilst staying.
Loved this place. Right near town. So peaceful at night though. Staff so friendly. Took the meal deal had steak fir my suoper and was just a treat and breakfast was lovely. Eggs cooked to order 😋
Arrived as a party of 4 around 5pm on Sat 9th May. Hotel is perfectly located in the centre of Perth and easily found via Satnav.
Car park was full but we were directed to a small, council car park directly across from the hotel which was free after 6pm and on the Sunday. It transpired that Blue Badge parking was free 24/7 so all was good.
We ate quick meal before heading out. Food was good an staff were pleasant and helpful.
We had breakfast Sunday and Monday and while the general selection was good, one of our friends has a gluten intolerance and her options were very limited to the extent that she bought her own oat milk as the hotel only had soya. While the staff kept that in a separate fridge for her use, it would have been nice if the hotel had provided it.
Would I stay there again? Most certainly. And I would recommend it to anyone.
Perfect place to stay with parking at the back. Small and only £8 per night. Wheel chair access at front and back. and if the carpark is full. There is parking at the front. Also its only 50 steps away from concert hall and restaurant. Very close to town centre everything in walking distance.
