Ideally located in the center of Perth, you know what you are getting with Premier, however had to ask for a 2nd bath towel - only one in the room and the bar was closed at 2210, didn't want to sit up all night but after an evening in the Concert hall it would have been quite pleasant to sit and have a glass of wine, surely this is losing customers and making money for the company.
Standort Nähe Theater ist top, das Personal sehr bemüht und freundlich. Zimmer leider richtig abgewohnt und teilweise schmuddelig.
Honestly it's in the most fantastic spot right in the middle of the city! Extremely easy to get to and very accessible to almost everything locally that you would want.
The rooms are adequately spacious, clean and the air conditioning works fantastic!
I dealt with approximately 5 different members of staff and all of them were extremely helpful, friendly and easy to deal with, which is obviously great!
If I do ever return to Perth I will be booking this hotel again without a doubt!
Thank you all 🙏

A nice welcome at reception and great service from the restaurant, followed up by well a presented healthy meal.
Well done to Premier Inn for finally get some healthy options on their menu. They just need to distribute this menu to the rest of the hotels.

I normally leave positive reviews when I get the opportunity and I don’t like leaving negative reviews unless I feel it’s required.
I booked this hotel due to the idea “you know what your are getting with the premier inn”.
Hotel seemed fine on the outside and the atrium was your usual premier inn.
I booked a room here as I was due to be at a wedding as a groomsman the following day.
I have stayed in many hotels over the years of varying conditions with my work and I would say I’m a fussy person.
When heading up to the room I was given just after checking in, I found the room to be not clean. Unfortunately, I found that the Sofa in my room had a pool of congealed fluid.
If I’m honest it looked like sick (at best) but I have no idea what it was (and I don’t really want to know what it was)
I complained to the staff to get it resolved and was told that there were no other rooms available at the hotel. The staff member went up to look at the room and came out to say to me “I see what you mean”.
I asked again if there were any other rooms whatsoever in the hotel and was told there were “no other rooms available”. Basically the hotel staff weren’t bothered about finding any resolution even though they could see the issue.
I had tried to get it resolved with the hotel staff but there were no options so I ended up booking a room at 2200 on a Friday night at a rival hotel chain on the other side of Perth.
Not exactly what you need when you are carrying out duties at a wedding the next morning.
I didn’t have the opportunity to follow up with the hotel on Saturday as I was at the wedding and I went in to complain again on Sunday to get my money back. I was told I had to speak to the customer relations which I was provided the number of.
I complained to the premier inn customer relations.
This involves sitting on the phone for around an hour explaining the situation to someone. They told me they would come back to me within 5 days max but most likely “48 hours” as they need to get the hotel perspective. It actually took 2 weeks to get a response as I was chasing it up as they still had (and have) my money.
The response came back with loaded wording trying to dumb down my complaint. My description of “congealed fluids on furniture” became a “stain on a chair”.
I was told that I was offered a different room but I had “declined it”. Very different to my complaint of asking if there were any rooms available and being told by the staff there were none!
I wont tell you how much my room cost, but as a gesture of “goodwill” Premier Inn agreed to give me 26.6% of my money back.
In the current climate, large chains don’t give out money easily. Obviously they had a bit of a guilt conscience but they wanted to at least keep most of my money.
You might get a clean room but you might also get the room with a pool of bodily fluids on the sofa upon checking in, it’s up to you if you want to take the risk of booking here. The standards of cleanliness that apply to other premier inns don’t seem to apply here.
