  The car park was large and felt safe, the staff were very friendly and helpful and we were given a hand written note a lovely touch, the room was clean and well looked after but was cold, my only complaint is I have on my account not to get a room near the lift as we are light sleepers, we booked 7+ weeks in advance but got a room next directly opposite the lift.

  As per usual with IHG properties, room was clean and comfortable. There is no AC, but opening the window helps. It does have an oscillating fan in the room, if needed. Had to change the location of the pin for this hotel property because Google Maps had me going somewhere else. Scottish breakfast was excellent and service was great. Parking is free; however, you must register your vehicle registration.

  Holiday Inn Express Team, ( Perth) ph1 3hd I am writing to share my sincere gratitude and leave a review regarding our recent stay with you. We were part of a group attending a wedding, and the service we received across the board was exceptional. From the assistant managers all the way to the staff who cleaned our rooms, everyone went above and beyond to support us. We were particularly touched by the extra attention given to the children in our group. Your team’s thoughtfulness made a wonderful impression on us and provided a sense of peace and comfort throughout our stay.
