  Great location for stay, premier plus Room, was good, clean comfortable beds and room's, except carpet could do with a good deep clean, as heavy deeply stained and marked. No biscuits in the room, on arrival. Only 5 hangers, in the room for clothes for 2 people. The room was clean, and decent for stay In Tenby. Overpriced for what you get, no parking. Just acceptable for the room prices in July, could be better.

  I want to formally commend Sophie in Tenby for saving me during a late-night travel crisis. Stranded by a train cancellation and panicking about a crucial legal meeting the next morning, Sophie was a lifesaver. She warmly welcomed me and went above and beyond by printing my essential documents. Her exceptional empathy and calm professionalism deserve the highest praise.

  Wow another lovely trip to tenby and staying in tenby premier Inn fantastic location, friendly staff throughout our stay, leisurely breakfast, keep putting smiles on visitors faces well done Team.

  Good location, that's about it. Room was filthy, they no longer use humuns to vacuum and use a useless robot sweeper thing instead which is not suitable for a commercial environment. The carpet was covered in dirt, hair, food, bits of tissue etc, it was grim. Complained and someone did come up to vacuum but this should not have had to be done, a clean floor is a bare minimum. Robots do not replace people that can actually do the job. The mirrors and windows had not been cleaned for ages and were dirty, covered in grot and handprints. Hardly any staff about, the cut backs were obvious (see recent press articles). The room also absolute stunk as the windows do not open and the ventilation system barely worked. Unfortunately this is not unique and has been the same in all the Premier Inn's I have stayed in recently, the standard of them is now so poor... never again .
