  AUG26: Two night business trip. Rooms clean and quiet. Breakfast is in a smaller than usual restaurant within the hotel rather than in an associated pub. All staff very friendly. Ample parking, quiet location. Will stay again

  Disappointing Stay – Far Below Decent Hotel Standards I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this Premier Inn. I have always associated the brand with clean, comfortable accommodation, but this experience fell well below the standard I expected. The only exceptions were the members of staff were helpful and the beds comfortable. However, the room was visibly dirty on arrival. The bedding was soiled, the pillows were stained, and the headboard was marked and unhygienic, making it difficult to feel comfortable sleeping in the bed. There was also extensive mould in both the bedroom and the bathroom, which gave the room an unpleasant smell and raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. Dust had accumulated throughout the room, suggesting it had not been cleaned properly before my arrival. To make matters worse, the windows were locked shut, leaving no opportunity to improve the air circulation. Combined with the mould and stale air, the room felt stuffy, uncomfortable, and unhealthy. Overall, this was a very poor experience and not what I expect from Premier Inn. Basic standards of cleanliness and hygiene were simply not met. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as no guest should have to stay in these conditions. I would also appreciate an explanation of how such a room was considered suitable for occupancy and what steps will be taken to prevent this from happening to future guests.

  I recently stayed at Premier Inn Haverfordwest for work and had such a fantastic experience that I felt it deserved a review. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, every single member of staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The reception team were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional, making check-in and any questions I had effortless. The housekeeping team also deserve special recognition. My room was spotless every day, and it was clear they take great pride in maintaining such a high standard of cleanliness. Their hard work really didn't go unnoticed. The kitchen and restaurant staff were equally outstanding. They were always cheerful, attentive, and worked incredibly hard to ensure everyone was looked after. The food was excellent, and the service made every meal a pleasure. What really stood out was the genuine friendliness of everyone I encountered. It's rare to find a hotel where every department works together so well and makes guests feel genuinely valued. A huge thank you to the entire team at Premier Inn Haverfordwest. You should all be proud of the exceptional service you provide. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and will happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Five stars all the way!
