  A bit noisy outside but nice rooms and great staff. Very helpful when we wanted a room away from the lifts

  Excellent stay in a perfect central location. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great base for exploring Oxford as everything was within walking distance.

  My daughter and I had a wonderful visit here from Canada. Staff was helpful, kind, and warm. Our first day we were in a room that was a bit closer to the elevators than we wanted to be. We were helped to change rooms quickly and easily, despite a busy bank holiday crowd. We were so appreciative of the help and care. The continental breakfast had lots of options and everything was refreshed regularly. Our rooms were refreshed daily upon a quick and easy request process. The location of the hotel was a ten minute or under walk from most of the city centre locations, which was of huge help to my daughter, who has mobility issues. We were thrilled this afternoon to find a lovely thank you from the staff in our room. To Khaoula, Presley, and the rest of the team, thank you for making our stay a delight.

  14.05.2026 They still have not refunded us for the double charge on our cards. We have tried to contact them, but they are not responding. 02.05.2025De har belastet oss dobbelt opp for natten vi bodde der. Utfordrende å komme i kontakt med dem i ettertid, ingen mailadresse eller kontaktpunkt som fungerer på hjemmesiden. Beliggenheten er bra, men generelt et «slitent» hotell. Lav servicegrad, men det er kanskje noe vi burde vist om kjeden. Bodde også en natt på Premier inn Victoria i London. Samme lave standarden der.

  Upon arrival we walked into a cigarette smoke filled lobby. That was quite surprising until we saw the entire crew of the morning shift standing outside the main entrance smoking. The rooms were okay, just what you expect from a three star hotel, quite clean and everything worked fine. The main disappointment came with breakfast the next morning. We came down to find both the hot and cold counters empty, no plates or glasses. There weren't even mugs to make a coffee while waiting for the single hardworking lady in the kitchen to cook more food. The reason was that some of the front of the house staff though this was an ideal time to slip into a bunny costume (it's Easter) and start selling chocolate to the waiting quests instead of lending a hand to replenish food and crockery. The last drop was to leave the hotel - completely deserted of anyone to give our key card back to only to find them all smoking right outside. Very unprofessional!
