  This premier inn just has the most lovely kind and amazing staff. I have spent about a week here. The staff has been wonderful accomidating in everyway. Quick to respond. Always yep we'll figure that out. It's the middle of the drought. And today in Witney 35 degrees. Melting hot. I had some errands to run that made me need to go out in the sorching sun. Coming back I asked for a jug of ice water to bring up. And got given this massive jug by the manager who had his usual big kind smile! Absolutely a life saver in this heat. The rooms could use a mini fridge. But that is my only small complaint. Aircondition has been a treat. Beds are super comfy. The rooms are clean and nice. As said staff is just lovely. If my path ever leads me to Witney again, I would make sure to stay here! Can highly recommend!

  Check in here was amazing. The staff member that assisted us was so helpful and the process was quick. We then went down for some food. Between us we had the smothered chicken and the battered fish and chips. Both meals were 10/10. The quality and atmosphere of the restaurant is lovely. My smothered chicken was delicious. The side salad was refreshing and the chips were perfect skin on fries. The fish was haddock and was a good size. Again the mushy peas and chips were perfect. The service from the waiting staff was really friendly and a credit to the brand and your company. Special mention to Steve who checked us in and Saliq who waited on us in the restaurant. Highly recommend this premier inn.
