  Stayed here as our base for a special Birthday. The receptionist could not have been nicer if she tried, was very welcoming and even arranged a free drink ! TBH we use Premier Inn a lot but have never had such a lovely experience when arriving, she even remembered us a couple of days later as well. Place is quiet, comfortable, good parking and is ideally situated for local amenities and as a touring base for the Cotswolds etc.. All the team were great and a shout out to the restaurant manager who managed to keep all happy despite being down on staff numbers

  I’ve stayed at Premier Inn Witney and overall I think the hotel itself is really good. The rooms are comfortable, the hotel is clean and it’s a good place to stay. Unfortunately, my main criticism is the food service. The hotel really pushes the meal deal, but every night during my stay the restaurant has been seriously understaffed and appears to only have one oven available. Tonight, for example, it took around two hours from ordering for my food to arrive. I wouldn’t normally make too much of a delay, but when you’re paying over £180 a night including the meal deal, I think it’s perfectly reasonable to expect the hotel to have enough staff and kitchen capacity to deliver the service it is selling. I think it would make a huge difference if the hotel invested in expanding its kitchen facilities and increased the number of staff on shift, particularly during busy meal times. The hotel itself is good and I’d happily stay again, but based on my experience I would personally avoid the meal deal and eat elsewhere. At the moment, the food service simply doesn’t match the price you’re paying for the overall package.

  I have no negative words, the location was perfect for what I was doing, the staff upon arrive were friendly and helpful and the room was nice and quiet. I'd definitely use this hotel again.

  This premier inn just has the most lovely kind and amazing staff. I have spent about a week here. The staff has been wonderful accomidating in everyway. Quick to respond. Always yep we'll figure that out. It's the middle of the drought. And today in Witney 35 degrees. Melting hot. I had some errands to run that made me need to go out in the sorching sun. Coming back I asked for a jug of ice water to bring up. And got given this massive jug by the manager who had his usual big kind smile! Absolutely a life saver in this heat. The rooms could use a mini fridge. But that is my only small complaint. Aircondition has been a treat. Beds are super comfy. The rooms are clean and nice. As said staff is just lovely. If my path ever leads me to Witney again, I would make sure to stay here! Can highly recommend!
