There was another guest with a big alsation / German Shepherd, didn't like the look of my dog and its behaviour reinforced that. The dog had no lead or collar, I appreciate this isn't the fault of the hotel, but dogs should be kept under control on a lead at all times for the safety of others.. The hotel was clean, smelt clean and the bar / restaurant had staff on hand at all times. Food & drinks reasonably priced and a open view kitchen. Plants all well maintained.

They always welcome guests with great professionalism and enthusiasm. I came to Oxford for an exhibition and booked this place on a budget. It turned out to be a wonderful stay!
