- NNnacsOct 7, 20262.0Room smelled so bad of cigarettes, receptionist changed our room for us thankfully. Corridors smelled awful and just generally run down. Only somewhere you’d stay when you just need a place to rest your head for a short while

A dero or seemedly homeless black man half dressed was hanging about reception refusing to leave. Refridgerator didn't work. Aircon didn't work. Half the lagers were not available. The remaining arrived tepid not cold. Half the restaurant menu was not available. Remaining had a 30-40 minute wait and the restaurant only had 5 out of 21 tables (10/78 covers approx) being used, ie NOT busy. So changed our order to something small and quick. Eating a big meal so late in evening is not acceptable. But still not acceptable. No compensation offered for what was lacking and wanting. Won't be staying here again.

The mushrooms out of a tin and the tomato probably saw warm air as opposed to a grill. Bacon overcooked and tough, sausages cheap gritty crap.
