  Don't stay here. It's dirty, dated and the worst beds. No ac. It was like sleeping in a furnace where every subtle movement created nosy bed squeaking. Worst nights sleep for all four of us. You have to pay parking plus over £124 for those horrible beds! Go anywhere else

  I had an absolutely wonderful stay here last week and genuinely cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! While the hotel itself is somewhat dated and could certainly benefit from a modern refresh, the exceptional service and fantastic location more than make up for it. What truly made our stay memorable, however, was the outstanding hospitality we received. A special mention must go to Suzi at the reception desk. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. Her genuine kindness and positive nature made us feel completely at home. The way she spoke to and interacted with my children and with us was truly wonderful, and her professionalism and personable manner were among the best I have ever experienced. It is rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond simply by being so genuinely thoughtful and caring, and Suzi absolutely did that for us. She added such a special touch to our stay and made the entire experience even more enjoyable. I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area. With its excellent location, wonderful service, and genuinely lovely staff, it is a place we would be very happy to return to! Thank you once again 🥰

  The location was great, within the busy service stop area, and it had all the facilities we needed—plenty of restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores nearby. The paid parking was also very convenient. However, the hotel entrance was extremely dirty when we arrived. The corridors and other common areas always had a foul, unbearable smell that made the whole place feel unhygienic and unpleasant. On top of that, there was a group of students staying at the hotel who made our stay truly miserable. They were constantly knocking at our door at night and trying to disturb us as much as possible. The breakfast was also very disappointing—offering only very basic options, and even those items were not fresh. Overall, the hotel failed on cleanliness, comfort, and basic service. I would not recommend staying here.

  Turkish and English comments Hayatımda gittiğim en kötü oteldi muhtemelen. 2 tane çocuk arabası ile gitmemize rağmen en dipteki odayı verdiler. Odalarda klima yok ve birbirine değen yataklar ile odada yürümek bile çok zordu. Bir tane vantilatör vardı ve inanılmaz ses ile çalışıyordu. Sıcaktan kavrulmamak için mecburen çalıştırdığımız vantilatör sayesinde odanın içinde tozlar uçuşmaya başladı ve nefes almak zordu. Kabus gibi bir gece geçirdik. Yatakları o kadar rahatsız ediciydi ki, uyandığımda dayak yemiş gibi hissediyordum. Odalar ve koridorlar tuvalet gibi kokuyordu. Kesinle uzak durulması gereken bir otel, hele ki aile ile geliyorsanız. It was probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Despite travelling with two children and two strollers, they gave us one of the rooms at the very far end of the hotel. There was no air conditioning in the rooms, and the beds were pushed so close together that it was difficult even to move around the room. There was only one fan, and it was incredibly noisy. We had no choice but to keep it running because of the heat, but the fan caused dust to blow around the room, making it difficult to breathe. We had a nightmare of a night. The beds were so uncomfortable that when I woke up, I felt as though I had been beaten up. The rooms and corridors smelled like toilets. This is definitely a hotel to avoid, especially if you are travelling with a family.

  The location is very good 👍 There are lots of useful cafés, restaurants and places to eat nearby. However, the room was very hot and there was no air conditioning or even a fan, which made it very difficult to sleep. More importantly, although this is a Ramada hotel, it didn’t really feel like a typical Ramada hotel. The atmosphere and overall experience were not what I expected from the Ramada brand. If it’s not an emergency, I would recommend looking for alternative accommodation.
