  Ein sehr schönes, ruhiges und sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal, tollen Zimmern und einem reichhaltigen Angebot an Speisen und Getränken!! Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal dort und es freut einen immer wieder, bekannte Gesichter wiederzusehen: die rothaarige Kollegin beim Check-In (sie half uns in unserer Not, ein Zimmer finden zu müssen, weil unsere ursprüngliche Unterkunft unbewohnbar war) sowie der Chef beim Frühstück (seine Wort „she owns the place“ über unsere Tochter waren uns ein ganzes Jahr im Ohr geblieben)!! Ein Hotel lebt besonders von seinem Personal und wir hoffen, dass diese Urgesteine des Hotels noch lange dort bleiben und weiterhin die Qualität des Hotels repräsentieren werden!

  Really lovely clean hotel the food was very good very tasty and just the right portion size. The staff were all helpful with a special shout out to Abby in the restaurant who was a very well mannered helpful and pleasant young lady who also gave us some tips about Oxford. The spa treatment with Cat was also exceptional.

  What a little place for an escape away. The area is stunning with walks around the river and the outside building is stunning. The rooms are so spacious and one best beds we have stayed in and pillows are lovely!! Room is outstandingly clean and no dust no mould in showers or bathrooms just amazing!!! The staff are amazing on the desk nothing is a problem! A huge shout out to Ayesha and Era at front desk we had an issue with a booking and they managed get our money back even though we booked through booking.com by spent ages with us sorting the issue and didn’t once say they couldn’t help. I honestly couldn’t thank them enough. Era has only worked for your company and month and as young staff member she is one to look out for within her future job role! Very professional. This is our second time staying here and was 10 years ago and the standards haven’t dropped at all We got room service for dinner again the food was lovely and service was great!

  Returning for a meal for our 13th Wedding anniversary .We got married here when it was the 4 Pillars. Pre booked and explained the occasion. Had a lovely meal with great service from Eliza who was looking after us . Great food , will be coming back again .Vince and Sue

  Voco Oxford Thames is a wonderful retreat from the crowds of central Oxford. We stayed for a week and found it to be the perfect base for exploring the area. We used the local buses, taxis, and even enjoyed a fantastic small-group tour with Go Cotswolds to discover the surrounding countryside. At the end of each day, we loved sitting outside, taking in the peaceful surroundings and beautiful countryside. It was the perfect way to unwind after sightseeing. We enjoyed several casual dinners at the hotel, and the food was consistently very good. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always smiling, creating the warm atmosphere of a traditional country inn. Breakfast was also excellent, with a wide selection and attentive service. The gym is adequate for a workout, while the indoor pool is a real highlight. Our room was clean, comfortable, and overlooked the gardens, which made for a relaxing stay. If you're looking for a peaceful escape just a short distance from the hustle and bustle of Oxford's city center, Voco Oxford Thames is an excellent choice.
