- NMNataly Mayorga2 days ago5.0Loved this hotel it’s was such a nice getaway. Our first time in Oxford with 1 child and everyone was so nice and it’s very convenient to everything. I will be coming back and definitely stay here again. Rooms are clean and super comfortable.
- ICIsabel Cucea4 days ago4.0Short bus ride into Oxford, very convenient to not have to park in town. Staff at reception were very welcoming and kind. Breakfast was good value, with buffet and a la carte options. All delicious! The staff at breakfast were all really lovely, very professional and helpful! Extra thank you Ivanna who looked after us, she was friendly, so helpful and and gave great service. We enjoyed the jacuzzi by the pool, and they had plenty of towels, plus dressing gowns/slippers in the room. Rated the room a little lower as the bathroom was a little dated, worn and not the most clean, and the room didn't have a mini fridge which was a bit inconvenient. We did also find that the noise from other guests slamming the fire doors in the corridors could be heard each morning, so you may want to bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Overall the service was excellent, so we did enjoy our stay. Thank you!

The shower only has a half pane of glass and it makes keeping the water inside really difficult, which also makes cleaning a pain in the butt. When it was not Haseeb cleaning the rooms, there was notable decline in quality. Thank u for ur excellent service Haseeb! Other than that, the hotel is right near a bu station, so super convenient to get into downtown oxford. Would stay here again.
