  Excellent séjour au Premier Inn d’Oxford. L’hôtel était très agréable, confortable, bien situé et parfaitement adapté pour découvrir la ville. Une mention particulière à Julie, à la réception, qui a été adorable avec nous. Toujours souriante, bienveillante, disponible et très professionnelle, elle nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et a contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Un grand merci à elle et à toute l’équipe. Merci Julie ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! Naïm et Yves

  The hotel is ideally situated : not too far from the train station and about 5minutes by foot from the tourist spot! The Westgate shopping center is directly in front of it and some pub and restaurant are all around it. The check in process was annoying as it needed to be done on screen that barely worked. The hostess eventually did our check in herself. The room was nice enough, very comfy bed. The view is not exceptional but is still nice (we had a view on a little house with interesting architecture). The shower could have been more cleaned. The white draps on the windows are not correctly secured on the wall and fell on me…

  The room we had was extremely dusty, especially the room’s walls. The ventilation and air conditioning vents in the room were extremely dusty as well. The shower area had specks of mold on its grout, and the corners of the toilet’s flooring had balls of dust. Towels were shedding and left lots of fibers on the body and hair after use too. Would be much better and greatly appreciated if room slippers were provided too given the dusty conditions of the room.

  Standard run of the mill Premier Inn. Good decent clean room however the reception on arrival was colder than the arctic. Barely a word uttered, not even told about breakfast, dinner, the bar, just told here is your key, the door to the lifts is over there. Coffee machines were broken for breakfast and only instant available and the breakfast was all luke warm. The only saving grace was the very friendly lady on the bar on the Friday evening, didn't catch her name but she was Welsh ans absolutely lovely.

  Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter Oxford. Nous avons fait le trajet à pieds de puis la gare pour y arriver. L'hôtel a gardé nos valises en sécurité en attendant que notre chambre soit prête. Nous avions réservé sans le comprendre vraiment au 4ème etage qui est un étage complètement refait et neuf. Chambre très bien. Bon lit et fauteuil. Tout est fourni (shampooing, savon, sèche-cheveux, boulloire, tasse pour thé ou café, mini-frigo). Nous n'avons pas déjeuné sur place mais l'option est là. Nous avons déjeuné en face à la boulangerie-pâtisserie danoise et mangé au pub à côté! Nous avons pris le bus "the Airline" notre dernier matin pour aller à Heathrow directement. Parfait.
