  We stayed in 4 Premier Inns over 4 days, and this one was the worst by far. The desk was unstaffed, which is not unusual for Premier Inns, as they have automated check-in, but... if you are going to leave the desk unattended and have the guests check in by themselves, the least you can do is to make sure the blank keycards for the rooms are topped up. We were trying to make a dinner reservation on time, but when we checked-in, the keycards were all gone, and the staff nowhere to be seen. When we did find a staff member, he hurriedly restocked the keycards and then left, by which time our check-in had timed-out, and we had to go in search of another staff member to rectify the situation. When we opened the door to the room, we were hit by the most dreadful stench! There must have been some sort of plumbing leak, and I cannot believe for a second that the cleaning staff didn't notice this when the room was cleaned just a few hours before. Do better, Premier Inn, Botley... do better!

  The breakfast buffet is the worst I’ve been to for a vegetarian as the chef is an old lady who is very rude and extremely uninterested in cooking up vegan sausages and said there were no boiled eggs / fried eggs for my daughter an hour before breakfast ended. Be prepared to stuff up with hash browns or cereal. No cupcakes/ croissants available as they won’t to it up

  Lots of small niggles during our one night stay here, mainly to do with breakfast service. Avoid 9am Saturday which is the peak time... tables not cleared, not enough knives or tea mugs - the staff are nice but they cannot keep up during this time.

  The room was clean, but unfortunately that was the only positive aspect of our stay. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and did not match what was advertised. The beds were much smaller than expected, as 5.5ft person your legs hang over the edge. If two people share the bed, the middle frame separates, leaving a gap that you have to avoid throughout the night. King Size At £143 per night, the room was significantly overpriced considering the poor quality of the bed and bedding. The female manager on duty was very rude and unhelpful. Her attitude made us feel as though we were asking for something free rooms unreasonable, rather than being paying guests. Customer service was disappointing and unprofessional. I would avoid Premier Inn Botley if possible and would not stay here again. And too there’s avoid if u can . I have uploaded the photos of advertisement Vs Reality

  Not the standard I'd expect from Premier Inn. Desk staff were good but having stayed twice recently both bathrooms were full of black mould and on one occasion there was barely any toilet paper in the room; not what you want to find after checking in late evening. Should be basic to get bathrooms properly cleaned and restocked between guests. There are quite a few floors but they never had all lifts working on visits 3 months apart so it takes forever to get down with cases in the morning when lots of people are checking out
