  I stayed here for a family wedding and had booked a meal deal in advance, only to be told that the restaurant wasn't open and it was a struggle to get reimbursed for it. The walls and ceiling of my room had been bumped and scuffed, see the images below. The door to the shower cubicle was also jammed open too. However, the room was clean. I was on the fourth floor and there was quite a bit of noise from the traffic passing on the Southern Bypass at the front of the hotel, both day an night, so earplugs are handy.

  Been here twice before lovely hotel staff lovely but short staff and no hot water on arrival. Asked 3 times for hot water took till 9pm to get it. As apparently they had fire check sunday so it affects it . But to be fair did get the hot water . Asked for an extra pillow couldn't us it as there were stains on it . Didn't go down to say as they were very busy and sort staffed. But do like this premier inn in Oxford better than the others we've stayed in Oxford.

  I was a bit concerned about staying at this Premier Inn after seeing such a lot of bad reviews but please don't listen to them!! The whole of the hotel was clean and fresh. My room was comfortable and clean. Air conditioning was very easy to control and the bed was very comfortable. The corridors and public areas were neat and tidy. We didn't have dinner at the hotel but breakfast was great. Lots of choice and tasty, hot food. All the staff we encountered were polite, friendly and helpful. The views from the 4th floor were really good and I couldn't hear anything from the busy A34 right outside. In fact the hotel was silent at night! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit the area.

  We stayed at Premier Inn, Botley for the long weekend and overall had a pleasant stay. The room was comfortable and the bed was very good, so we slept well and were generally happy with the accommodation. There were, however, a couple of disappointing aspects to the service. Breakfast service was quite slow, and one of the staff working in the kitchen during breakfast seemed noticeably unfriendly and unhappy and her manner when speaking to guests did not come across as particularly polite or welcoming. Our check-in experience was also quite strange. When we arrived, there was a member of staff at reception, but as soon as we walked in, she went into a room and closed the door. I pressed the reception buzzer several times, but nobody came out to assist. In the end, we had to use the self-service kiosk to check ourselves in.
