Which killed my mood for the rest of my holiday. The worst part is the parking as we though it was free with the hotel but instead I got a parking fine.

Everything was cooked perfectly, plates were warmed, all the food had lids on and everything was super clean and tidy. Laura was also very friendly to everyone. An asset to Premier Inn. I trust she receives the appropriate work-place recognition. In fact, all staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Great staff, great location.
