Its really uncomfortable and hard though. An the WiFi is absolutely terrible. Why can't Premier inn get working Internet. Even when you pay for the premium wifi, its still terrible.

- TBTom BarnesMay 13, 20261.0Arrived at 23:15. Checked the bed on arrival to find a huge stain on the sheets. I asked to swap rooms however they were full. I could not sleep on the bed therefore had no option but to leave. This is fine, the issue is that Premier Inn would have provide a partial refund for the nights stay. Why was this stain not spotted when cleaning the room and changed before becoming an issue in which now I have paid for a room I did not stay in. Luckily I found a hotel not too far, Travel lodge, which was much cleaner and more accommodating
