  Nos alojamos dos noches en pareja y la experiencia fue genial. Llegamos algo tarde, pero el check-in automático con máquina para conseguir la llave fue rapidísimo y muy cómodo. La habitación Premier Plus Double era muy amplia, con aire acondicionado, cafetera y agua de cortesía. Un sitio estupendo para descansar. ¡Sin duda repetiremos!

  We use Premier Inn a lot and stay at various ones. I must say this worst Premier Inn we have ever stayed in. On arrival the one and only receptionist was unhelpful and maybe due to it being a hot day couldn't be bothered at all. No help or mention of booking evening meal or breakfast. We have then checked into our room which was dirty and had marks/stains on carpet and bathroom and mould. We then went to eat an evening meal at Brewers Fayre connected to Premier Inn to be told they were far to busy and had no availability and Premier Inn residents had no priority. Only way is if we had the combined evening meal and breakfast offer. That was fine we agreed to then be told it would be an hour minimum before anyone could take our order so we left. Said we would come back for breakfast in the morning. We then went for breakfast at 07:30-07:45 to be told again they were far to busy and couldn't accommodate us again due to staffing issue and it made no difference we were staying at the Premier Inn attached. We were unable to eat at restaurant whilst at our stay. When we asked to speak to manager at restaurant lady was rude and unhelpful and then receptionist stated no manager on site andbto email Premier Inn if we were bothered. Very shocking Premier Inn and will not return.

  Clean and comfortable rooms, 10min walk to shopping village, breakfast good, would recommend.

  We have stayed in other Premier Inn's and this is the worst. We don't expect everything to be perfect but it was hard to find anything that we could say was good. The hallways are shabby and the rooms are no better. The rooms seem damp and there was a mold issue in the bathrooms in multiple places. There is an issue with the plumbing and the sink will gurgle loudly. We discovered closing the plug and blocking the sink vent stopped the loud noise. There beds seem tired and are not very comfortable. They did have extra pillows which was a plus. They should think about updating the electrical outlets by the beds so that you are able to plug in devices close to you. The Lady on reception was very off hand and unhelpful - not a great way to start. We would not choose to stay here again, other Premier Inn's yes but not this one. The cost was probably for the area and not a reflection of the state of the hotel.
