  Standard Premier inn, clean tidy and comfortable beds, good location with the restaurants and cinema opposite, and nice setting with the canal at the front.

  Amazing service with late check in from Sonia, followed by even a smoother checkout process from Aljie and Chelsea, really smiley and happy to help attitude, also provided some late checkout privilege due to me checking in at 12am, shows how understanding and accommodating the staff is.

  Stayed an extended weekend here. The service personnel were friendly and helpful. The location is top with the shopping center, old town and spice ball center all being less than 10 minute walks away. Only thing I have to dock points for was the cleanliness of the room: Carpets were old and stained and the bathroom was full of mold and evidence of the previous guest in the toilet. The bed however was clean and comfortable and the room was quiet.

  Stayed here for a night in July. Room was spacious and clean. All services worked well. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location is great for visiting the centre of Banbury & rooms overlook the canal and waterside development. If parking, use the Castle Quay south car park. The hotel has a bar and serves food. There are plenty of eateries in the vicinity.
