  Good location and a typical premier inn for standard of rooms. Staff at breakfast were slow for a couple of days (finding room numbers in numerical order must have been difficult) easy to checkin with the self service.

  I have been at Premier INN for 4 months and the management is the best helpful and nice and the staff is outstanding let me say Fatima, Leva, Sonia, Angie, Linda, Eva, and Chelsea have been amazing this hotel is clean and peaceful best night sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel in a long time I will stay here every time I’m in Banbury Thanks you all

  Premier Inn on the canal is fantastic. Restaurants over the canal. Great choices.

  Room stinks. Great location. Nice staff, comfy bed. Clean room. All ruined by the fact that the rooms stink. A group of us stayed last night and all had the same thing. Corridors to bedrooms also whiff. The windows don’t open and there’s no fresh air. Rooms smell like they’re damp, musty. Yuk!

  What can I say other than a really pleasant stay, friendly staff who meet you on arrival, rooms that are super clean and breakfast that is yummy. Whilst there is no onsite parking, you can park in the nearby Castle Quay Shopping centre, which is actually free over night before 7am. So if you leave after breakfast you will only pay around £2, or if you are an early riser it can be free. The location is great too, it's right on the canal and opposite some really nice eating places, so if you are looking to eat you can eat in the onsite quite reasonably priced restaurant, or venture over the canal. A highly recommend hotel.
