Easy to find. Parking and a dedicated restaurant for the hotel

At our arrival we were locked out at 3am for 45 minutes banging and calling reception with no response until another customer finally opened for us, even though they knew our arrival time. Room smelt really bad, heating didn’t work and breakfast was slow and had to ask for things to be refilled.

Stayed at this premier inn for work alot but, this one by far is the best one I have stayed at. Firstly I was greeted by Ryan and he went through everything i.e meal deal and breakfast. My food was amazing and my room was clean no dust and clean pillows. The duty manager Shelter was amazing. Friendly and gave amazing service. Because of the brilliant service I offered to leave a tip or buy both Ryan and Shelter a drink and they both just asked if I could put anything into the charity they are sponsoring, which was the great Ormond street hospital charity. Just goes to show they have the right people running this hotel. I am back in October knowing I am going to have a good stay.

The room was the usual premier inn standard, comfortable bed, decent bathroom, reasonable fixtures, a bit of noise but not too bad, but seriously let down by the bland food offering in the attached "restaurant". Staying for the nights I made the disastrous decision to book the meal deal. Breakfast was pretty standard Premier Inn fare, but the dinner was consistently mediocre and apparently missing various items of the plate was a game the "chef" seemed to like to play. And it had ambience of a motorway services food hall. Stay here by all means, but eat elsewhere.

Staff were lovely. I originally had a 2nd floor room. They seen I'm disabled & changed it immediately with me asking. Plus there's no lift so no choice. Breakfast was nice. Every premier inn I've stayed in has been a cooked buffet breakfast. But here I had to place my order & wait for it to be cooked. Not really a problem for most people. But I'm autism dictates I really don't like talking to people. The continental breakfast is buffet though. I asked for extra pillows & received them immediately. Would stay again. Just won't have the breakfast.
