  An older property, but good service and great air conditioning. If you need to stay near Oldham it’s a great hotel. The hotel is quite remote and not in walking distance from anywhere you want to be, but taxis from apps are very easy to request and cheap.

  I can honestly say that this experience has been outstanding , Thank you Miguel ,tuin, Alexander and Jamie and all the staff. Quite honestly the best food and service we have had anywhere in a long time.

  Having been here a few times now this possibly the best experience to date!! Only used the food on this occasion but it was definitely top draw. The staff were extremely friendly and polite. The whole of the family were completely happy with the food and staff. Would definitely recommend and intend to return.

  Amazing 5 star review. We had not had a good experience on mothers day but they asked for a 2nd chance and we were wowed. The food was amazing, the service was amazing and the staff were amazing. I would definitely recommend it. I thank Alexandra, Chef Tueen and Miguel and Jamie for their service.

  Nightmare! Booked multiple rooms for colleagues on a business trip. Unable to get receipts in my name as I paid for all the rooms - they just keep sending invoices with the name and address of the person staying in the room (GDPR issue) We did not get breakfast as it starts at 7.30 and we had to leave by 7.00 so cannot comment. Bar shuts early so if you want a drink or food after 21.30 you have to ring a phone on the bar. We waited 15 mins for a reply. Had to argue with the Bar Manager at 21.15pm when trying to get food ordered. The kitchen shuts at 21.30 he said. It is 21.15 we said so surely we can still order. He was not happy and the food was not great when it came. First four nights there was a faulty fire alarm at 2am waking everyone up. The final time it happened at 2.00am 2.30am and 3.00am. We were each given a one night refund … despite the fact it had ruined 4 nights sleep. Some questionable parties going on - one appeared to be a wedding with extremely intoxicated guests including some obviously underage boys of about 14. What is good are the rooms, clean and adequately stocked, reasonable size. The hotel itself is clean too. I had to ask for my room to be serviced twice and had to be issued with door hangers notifying staff to do so. These disappeared daily. No apology for the alarm and the reception manager made things much noisier by rushing around shouting each time it happened. After service/IHG customer service is DREADFUL!! 10 days in and getting nowhere as the manager does not appear to answer emails and the reception manager is not understanding what is needed. Reservations do not reply, no UK phone number and the chat is a digital bot or someone in the Phillipines who tells you to deal with the hotel.
