  We had a conference here i didn't stay in the hotel, the staff were really helpful, really big room great food as well, pens and pads provided and even biscuits. Projector was available as well

  I stay here on a regular. The staff at this hotel are increadiable. It like arriving at home when you arrive at the hotel. The rooms are excallent also. They also really look after regular guests who are platimum elete members. I often get ugraded rooms on asking and even sometimes without asking.

  Had my wedding here couldn't stress how much everything went , amazing service, met all our needs , the staff here were so professional and helped in everyway they could, I loved the breakfast amazing service thanks for everything

  Clean comfortable rooms in a quiet and peaceful location, but some of the goodies that are offered never appeared, such as the choice of pillows. It takes over 5 minutes to actually get hot water to the bathrooms. I requested additional firm pillows, and during the 3 days of our stay, they never appeared. The food served in the pub was great, but the servers had to come out and ask who ordered what, there is no table numbering to get the right food to the right people. The smoking area was clean for the few smokers still around.

  My stay here (10 to 15 Sept) was for a convention. I want to say that everyone on the staff that I encountered was EXCEPTIONAL! The two ladies at check-in the afternoon of Sept 10th were welcoming, helpful and assisted me with a medication I needed to have refrigerated. The staff in the bar/restaurant were over taken by our huge group and handled it with helpful attitudes! So friendly, so many smiles, so eager to assist. Reem was inundated and working solo for awhile and she rose to the occasion! That woman deserves a bonus for all she had to deal with by herself! Miguel always had a huge smile, a friendly word and a solution to any problem. There were 3 others who worked in that area during our stay and although I did not get their names they also offered superior service. One young man always made sure the convention workers had water available and got copies made for us, got me some tape, kept asking if I needed anything else. The staff at breakfast always greeted us warmly and was quick to replenish whatever was needed. And the breakfast food was tasty! My room was clean, comfortable and well attended to each day. There was a gentleman at the front desk that assisted me several times. He was quick with a laugh and a helping hand. I was genuinely impressed with all of the staff at this location! I can honestly say I have never stayed at ANY place where the staff went as above and beyond as the Holiday Inn Manchester-Oldham. I would stay here again if in the area and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a meeting space.
