  Loved this Premier Inn. Rooms were lovely! Great location to explore York with good access to Park and Ride. What to do a shout out to Sue who works there! Lovely lady, really engaged with our 6 year old son and really friendly and helpful! We’ll be sad to see her leave.

  Location was perfect and value for money. Staff were also friendly. Unfortunately the rooms were dated. Our room had a horrible damp smell throughout the whole 3 days we were there, didn't help the extractor fan didn't work in the bathroom too. I noticed there was a plug-in freshener in the room to 'hide' the smell of damp, it did nothing to help unfortunately, the smell hits you as soon as the doors open. As a family we love staying at a Premier Inn, but the standards definitely slipped with this one, don't think we would return in the future.

  This is well located especially if you have an EV as there are MFG chargers with cheap electric, McDonald's and a Starbucks. There is also a petrol station for other bits and pieces. Highly recommend if in the area. The hotel is good, staff are friendly and breakfast is consistent with other hotels in the chain.

  Was a really nice Premier Inn if I'm being honest. Really nice room and all too. Also there's this really gorgeous receptionist that works there, she was that gorgeous I had to tell her there and then. She was to die for gorgeous but other than that, yea really nice hotel.
