this was an abhorrent premier inn, genuinely one of, if not, the worse one i’ve ever been too. The restaurant is understaffed and disgusting; the bar stools are all wobbly and the booths and seats are falling apart. The floor is so sticky you have to peel your feet off of it. The food is sub par and the service came close to nothing. The room’s lights don’t work at all and require reception to give a special key for a basic necessity. after travelling 6 hours I didn’t expect to feel as if i was in a hostel.

I stayed here while attending a training course and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The room was extremely warm and had a significant mosquito problem, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. A fan was provided, but it was heavily covered in dust and appeared not to have been cleaned for a long time. As someone with asthma, I did not feel comfortable using it. Housekeeping standards were also poor. Towels were not replaced despite requests, the room was not cleaned properly, and the bathroom sink did not drain correctly, leaving water pooled in the basin. The restaurant was another let-down. Both breakfast and evening meals were of a low standard, with many menu items regularly unavailable, leaving very limited choices. Because of this, I preferred not to eat in the hotel restaurant. Unfortunately, the hotel's location means there are very few convenient alternative dining options nearby. I appreciate that this is a budget hotel, but basic cleanliness, maintenance, and a reasonable food offering should still be expected. The stay did not provide the comfort or rest needed after long days of training and study. I hope these issues can be addressed for future guests.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider waren die Zimmer sehr überhitzt. Die Klimaanlage konnte nicht neu eingestellt werden.

Had a great stay. Staff always helpful and friendly. Zeph in particular looked after me, sorting out a room change with no bother.
