Staff welcoming,glad we had a person at check-in not the impersonal machine someone else was using. Good location just outside Thirsk easy access to town and countryside nearby.
- RMRichard MurphySep 21, 20265.0Monday 21st September- Friendly, efficient and thorough check in, (with the employee who also booked me in for dinner, also served me dinner, a positive whirlwind of energy #Megan) bedroom as expected, clean tidy and what was needed, booked in for dinner, restaurant staff were very busy but the meal was delicious, nicely presented and served in a timely manner with a lovely bottle of Doom Bar - couldn't fault it, top marks to all!

Great food and nice personel the only minus is that you can't open the window and after staying there for 10 days i could find only that minus. Other than that it's really great so i highly recommend it

We did have an issue in the restaurant with service being very slow and our food going to the wrong table but in fairness, the issue was resolved the following morning and we were satisfied with the outcome so overall we were happy with our stay.
