- MKmichael knightsAug 14, 20264.0Well situated and most things are a short walk away. Custmer service was brilliant at the front desk and good in the restaurant. Our room faced onto an alley and had the minimum you would expect. But not bad for the price.
- TTTracyAug 13, 20262.0Hotel scruffy and unkempt looking from outside. Rooms ok but cleaning could be better. The beds were comfortable and shower was good. The Brewers fayre restaurant was partly cordoned off and did not look inviting so we gave it a miss so can't comment on food

- RSRachael SmithAug 1, 20261.0The staff are so rude. They are not at welcoming and you have to ask yourself why they work in hospititality at all?? The room was dingy and dark. We stayed for 2 nights and no cleaning or fresh towels despite the sign on door. Breakfast is like eating in a dungeon, its so dark! The women who work on reception are plain miserable.I heard them laughing about customers complaining, in front of other customers waiting on reception. They were very hostile! One made me wait for ages, whilst she was texting on her phone, no "hello" or anything. I've stayed in a lot of Premier Inns with work, and they're normally good, but this place is so poor for service! So disappointing! These staff need some serious customer service training. Come on Premier Inn, get it sorted!
