  Excellent hotel as always by Premier Inn. Clean and welcoming in excellent location. There isnt a hotel carpark but this wasn't a problem as one was just around the corner and very reasonable priced

  When we booked a six night stay at Premier Inn. Scarborough. We stated that both my wife and I were disabled. We required either a disabled shower room or a lowered bath with safety rails. We requested that our 6 foot bed be divided into two? We were assured, that was possible. Upon our arrival the walk from reception to our room ( 142 ) was endless, including two lifts. Absolutely no offer of assistance, with our luggage. Inside our bedroom we were pleased with the lowered bath, shower overhead. However the bed was still joined as one. I rang reception, who assured me it would be split tomorrow. In the morning ✅. we realised that we only had one bath towel & one hand towel. I rang down to reception, Who informed me that she was on her own & could I come down & collect them? Unfortunately neither of us could😡. The restaurant has two levels, in order to get to coffee machine & self help breakfast service areas, we would normally take the small disability lift, However over our first two days/nights. It’s been out of order. The staff do their very best, unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be enough?appreciate the shortage of. We waited until the third day, to hang the service sign on our bedroom door. Monica & the Housekeeping team work affectively & efficiently. Drought beer has run out, 27/09/2026. several items on the cooked breakfast ran out, this morning 28/09/2026. The Manager has only been in situate approximately 4-5 weeks. Great work ethic, Hands on working with the Team.

  Really good Premier inn. Clean and well equipped room (chocolate too!). Receptionist really friendly and breakfast staff too especially Claire who is so cheery and kind. She deserves a bonus for being smiley and loving her job and looking out for folk. Fab customer care. Thank you. You all doing PI proud.

  We stayed overnight and booked two rooms. One was a twin room shared with my sister, and my mother stayed in a disabled-accessible room. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable, with a comfortable bed, so we were very happy with it. Unfortunately, the accessible room was not as suitable as we had expected. The bathroom had a bath, which is totally unsuitable for someone with serious leg problems. The room itself was spacious and had an emergency pull cord, which was a great and important feature. However, there were some significant accessibility issues. A disabled guest cannot enter or exit the room independently because the door is not automatic. The same problem applies when exiting the lifts towards the main entrance. This is particularly disappointing in a room specifically designed for disabled guests. It was a shame because the exit from the lobby itself was much easier, with accessible push buttons that opened the doors. Breakfast was a little disappointing compared with other Premier Inns we have stayed at. There was no porridge, and the breakfast felt more basic and buffet-style than we have experienced at other Premier Inn locations. Overall, our room was very good, but the accessibility of the disabled room needs improvement, particularly the bathroom and doors.

  This is way better than Scarborough North Bay. It's in the centre of town and if you want access to the beach it's really close. The rooms were nice and the staff friendly. The only reason I have it a 4 star is the parking (there is none for the hotel) and it is really confusing getting around the hotel.
