One of the best Premier Inn's we have stayed in. Great location. The room was extremely clean and well maintained. All members of staff are courteous and polite, even when dealing with rude customers. The staff work hard and many of them are constantly multitasking. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you very much for making our stay amazing.

Would not recommend this hotel. Awful customer service and manager couldn’t care less about his guests.
The first room we were given had multiple hairs, in the bath, on the towels, on the bed. There was actual dirt on the carpets and on the desk.
Having informed the individual on reception, he gave us a 2nd room.
This 2nd room had dirt round the bath and hairs also in the bathroom and in the bed.
Once again, informed reception and were given a 3rd room. No surprise, the same detail.
At this point, onto our 4th room, no hairs to our surprise, however soap marks down the sink, toothpaste stains on the floor, dirty bin and dirty and rusty hand soap.
Having no option to drive home the same night we had to stay in the room.
Disappointed with the dirty and unclean rooms we asked the individual at reception to speak to the manager.
The manager called George was apparently very very busy in the kitchen and we were told we could speak to him in the morning. Wanting to resolve this tonight we politely asked if we could speak to him now please.
We were told we could spoke to him but it had to be over the hot plate as he was in the kitchen busy.
George, who describes himself as the manager was very rude and very un interested. He stated that we were ‘demanding’. This is very untrue, all we asked and expected for our £204 a night stay was a clean room. I don’t think this is much to ask.
George continued to tell us how he was very busy in the kitchen and respectfully as a paying customer, that is not my problem.
George the manager, clearly out of his depth and unable to communicate effectively and incapable of doing his job as a manager.
George, very disappointing. Premier Inn North Bay, you need to find yourself a new manager.

Nice clean no frills premier inn. Nothing spectacular but does the basics well as you'd expect. Situated in a great location next to Tunny Catch, water park, peasholme park down the road and amphitheatre. Also nice little path down to the beach.
The breakfast is well stocked and a good variety for price and children eat free with an adult.
Only downsides is parking isnt included and its not the cheapest so your forced to pay council premium prices.
This specific chain feel the need to charge extortionate prices in school holidays. £200 for one night is just pure greed.
If booking id advise in advance.

Great location for Scarborough open air theatre and the north bay beach. Unfortunately the restaurant was not open on the day we arrived. There seemed to a staff shortage.
