  Rooms are standard and were clean but service in the restaurant was absolutely unacceptable. Sat for 40 minutes waiting for a dessert and when it was finally brought, it wasn’t what the description on the menu stated. Many people around us were unhappy, one man was given an empty salt shaker and many were given the wrong orders. Absolutely unacceptable service and the waiters/ waitresses didn’t seem to acknowledge the problem at hand.

  What a lovely hotel we arrived just for 1 night for our wedding anniversary we was welcomed with a smile being in wheelchair was given room on ground with walk in shower bed was massive and 💯 percent comfortable room was clean got a free breakfast because was our wedding anniversary only down fall was a little way out from Scarborough town but everything else was just perfect possibly one of best hotels I stayed in would definitely come back even though its a little way out but would be worth it

  A great stay here. The staff were so polite. The Manager was really nice, and very helpful. We've never seen such a clean and organised restaurant for breakfast. The manager had it running like a well oiled ship. Food was some of the best we've had at a premier inn, and we've stayed in a lot. Highly recommend this premier inn. We had a great view of the castle. We had 2 rooms, and they was both OK.

  Just stayed here with our family of 5. As always reasonable rooms that are more than good enough for families on a budget. Location here is great, right next to the water park and walking distance to the north bay amusements. Staff have been fantastic, in particular a young man this morning who’s name I didn’t catch, but during a very busy breakfast rush he was extremely accommodating ensuring all guests would be seated and worked hard to meet everyone’s needs, he is clearly a hard worker and a great credit to premier inn. Above all a great people person which goes a long way. Likewise the rest of the staff were just as pleasant and hard working. We will be back on our next visit!
