  Staff friendly & oblidging Rooms clean Telly big but not opposite bed, almost out of viewing angle. Good fast lift.

  As part of a team of 6, we all had rooms booked by the company we work for. For context their monthly limit is 6 figures a month, and had over 50% capacity left available (I have seen the screen report) We were refused access to rooms as only some of the rooms had been paid for (does that sound right to you either, when they're all on the same booking reference?) The receptionist was very confrontational with some of our group, who were just tired and and wanted to get to their rooms. Seeing as Premier Inn business team are not available beyond 5pm on a Friday (really? In 2026?) we were left with no choice but to have to pay for our rooms again, or have nowhere to sleep. Fortunately I had enough room on my credit card so the team could get some rest, but the lack of flexibility by both the company and employee were far short of acceptable. Onto the rooms: No air conditioning. Very small fan, which wasn't strong enough for hot weather. Didn't help that curtains were left open on a room that had the sun on it all afternoon. Rookie error. Not a great stop, most of which could've been avoided. There are other premier inns within a couple of miles of this one which we've used - I hope we never have to come back to this one. Very poor.

  Stay in Premier Inn all over the country and the staff in this one are brilliant. Tracey the manager and Karen the chef and all the staff are fantastic they are a credit to the Premier Inn team

  STAY CLEAR, THEFT ALERT! Stayed here with a few friends on June 6th 2026 for an sport event. That night one of the vans was broken into and 2 bikes stolen. A guest in the hotel informed us that they heard the noise outside and informed the reception staff about what had happened, the staff made no attempt to contact our friends regarding the breakin, leaving their vehicle open and unsecured all night and we only found it the next morning when going to the vehicles! When we spoke to the staff they could not be more uninterested & unhelpfu! The only thing they said is that they'd had quite a few thefts recently but failed to warn anyone on arrival to secure their belongings.
