- CJCarlee Jackson3 days ago4.0Lovely clean hotel with welcoming and helpful staff - food in restaurant was good, though service was a little slow at breakfast the following morning which wouldn't usually be a problem but I needed to get going for work. Plenty of parking and a good nights sleep.

- KWKaren WrightJul 26, 20264.0Was a bit dubious after reading some of the previous reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Booked a premier plus room and it was spacious, quiet and clean. Comes with a mini fridge and complimentary water, mini chocolate bars and pod coffee machine and there was a fan in the room. Located right next to a station so you can catch a train into Harrogate or it's a pleasant 30 minute walk through residential areas and a park. Lots of building work going as they refurb the hotel but only used the hotel as a base so had no impact on our stay. Plenty of free parking. Nice Italian restaurant right next door. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful.
