  Stayed here with my mum and I was aprehensive it might be too big and staying on the 10th floor of a big hotel ,but it was lovely the staff are very helpful ,lovely welcome settled in straight away felt secure and slept really well .

  Comfortable rooms, a good range of food at breakfast and a very tasty chicken makhani on the dinner menu. The hotel is a 11-minute walk from the station and close to the main attractions in Harrogate. Being so close to the station means York and Leeds are quickly reached.

  Another update - the hotel are “under staffed”. So that’s why there is bad service. I’m not one to judge. But, in all fairness after 2 hours 55 mins, a manager did actually call me. And I respect the fact he threw his entire staff under the bus and refused to “own the problem”. That should be an IHG motto. —- I’d like to edit this. After complaining, after 2 hours 30 I’m still to receive any reply. The online digital complaints assistant is useless. It keeps asking for your booking reference but then forgets it. It’s clearly just a AI bot and not a very good one. 1. Room service menu is completely useless. Only a few items. 2. Menu in bar is similar - hardly any items. Also - you can order things that are not on the menu. You just need to “ask” 3. Bar staff - hideous, very grumpy. 4. Other bar staff said reason for no staff is due to “upstairs”. Not sure what that means. 5. For such a large conference hotel more like 2* So. After waiting over 2 hours 39 mins for a resolution to my complaint… nothing. That’s IHG for you. Premier Inn up the road. Might be better.

  Sehr schönes Hotel, nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, alles sehr sauber! Standort super, man kommt überall hin wo man will! Frühstücksbüffet sehr groß und viel Auswahl, zudem auch sehr gut!

  I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Harrogate and had a really lovely, friendly experience from start to finish. As soon as I arrived, I felt welcomed, and check-in was quick and easy with staff who were genuinely warm and helpful. Throughout my stay, everyone I came across was approachable and happy to help, which made the whole visit feel relaxed and comfortable. My room was clean, cosy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel is also in a great spot, making it really easy to get out and explore Harrogate. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay in a friendly hotel, and I’d happily come back again in the future
