  2nd premier inn I've stayed at recently. Can't open the windows and the air con only goes down to 19. In the hot weather we've been having Premier Inn really need to re think this policy. Air con needs to do down to 17.

  Great location with fantastic views of the sea front. Room was perfectly presented, breakfast was very enjoyable, staff were very helpful, highly recommend Premier Inn at Whitley Bay.

  Our room was a bit hard to get around due to the placement. But overall the staff were lovely and helpful the food was great and I really liked that they had two little boxes full of bord games and beach toys which me and my family loved that premier inn provided! By Phoebe age 11

  I am a loyal returning customer to premier inn since 2010, I just love the room and the bed. For this one I booked the sea view room which is more expensive but still fabulous as I love the sea…. Adele the receptionist is superb we had an issue with our room she was so kind and helpful and solved it right away Thank you Adele definitely will come back

  We've used this Premier Inn for many years and enjoyed our stays in Whitley Bay. This last time it seems to be on the decline? We gave up on the breakfast last visit, the quality wasn't there. The beds are just as comfortable but they don't supply a water glass? Another downer, for us, was the lack of a Seaview. We just looked out on the bins. Added to that disappointment it's not cheap and the parking is expensive.
