Superb stay. I have to be honest, I was expecting the usual decent stay from a Premier Inn but these guys went above and beyond.
We were attending the Vegan Camp Out festival nearby (went for a nice comfy bed and loo though lol). We opted for a family room, I have a very tall 15 year old son and a 13 year old daughter, plus husband.
Check in was smooth done on the flatscreen, we got to our room and there was a note welcoming us, saying if we're going to the VCO have a great time and some vegan biscuits! Well we were made up, that never happens when we go away and stay anywhere. Really nice touch, thank you whoever did that there.
The beds were super comfy, the rooms were lovely and cool, I slept 8 hrs each night...better than home.
Then breakfasts in the morning, excellent. Plenty of vegan sausages and bacon, plus the other bits and there was porridge too. Soy milk AND oat milk. The staff were super helpful in the restaurant area.
We had a wonderful weekend at the camp out and our stay here was excellent too. Those biscuits may seem bizarre to some people but honestly, it was such a lovely touch.

Stayed here for a night on our way to Sundown Adventure Land. The lady on reception was amazing! She made us feel so welcome and even had gift bags for our kids. During our stay, our little girl trapped her finger in the door so we asked reception for a plaster and they dealt with it amazingly. She calmed my daughter down, got her ice to cool it and a plaster and even more gift bags just to cheer them up!
The room was clean and spacious enough for the 4 of us, the food was fantastic next door, we had dinner and breakfast. Will definitely stay again if we are back in the area.

This is a great location and out room was spotless. The shower room was new and just step into instead of being over a bath which was great. We didn't eat here but went to the McDonald's over the road. I would highly recommend this place.

We stayed for one night.. we arrived after 11pm and checked ourselves in using the self service check-in machines.. when we arrived to our room and went in, the room smelt lovely, like room freshener, we honestly have not had that in any other premier inn that we have stayed in and we've stayed in quite a few, it was a pleasant surprise. What really was a brilliant touch and very thoughtful, was they had left us a note welcoming us, along with a pack of Haribo!! We were all made up, especially the children! Thankyou to the staff there and after seven hours of travelling, it was a lovely surprise.
We slept very well, as you always do in a premier inn! The room was spotless and there was plenty of room for the five of us.
Breakfast in rhe morning, was located in the attached Beefeater restaurant and was a typical, very tasty, premier inn breakfast.
We were packed up and gone before 8am, as had to continue our journey, the lady on the front desk gave us a cheery farewell, again such lovely staff! We would 100% visit again! Thankyou
