- RGRoland GuilfordSep 27, 20263.0I visited for breakfast only, so I cannot comment on the rooms. While breakfast is normally reserved for hotel residents, the team kindly accommodated me, and I am very grateful for their hospitality. The staff here are lovely, polite, and welcoming.Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. Having visited many Premier Inn locations, I usually find their integrated restaurants offer fantastic value, cleanliness, and a modern environment—especially for the all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet which is incredible value for money. However, the Nottingham West location uses an old, run-down Beefeater pub that is genuinely filthy. It is desperately run down. Some of the hot food was burnt, the eggs were swimming in oil, and the coffee machine looked unhygienic, dispensing only lukewarm coffee. The staff themselves were hard-working and incredibly hospitable, so I take no pleasure in writing this. The restaurant lets the staff down. Thankfully, the parent company is currently decommissioning these external Beefeater and Brewers Fayre sites to build integrated hotel restaurants.
- MWMandy WilliamsSep 26, 20263.0Quite a bit of road noise when windows open, ok when closed but quite warm at night. Lift to both floors. Good breakfast if a bit cool, plates need warming. Lovely pain au chocolates. Lots of parking just remember to put reg no in machine.

- JJJayneySep 18, 20263.0Premier plus room, lovely. Location at the end of the tramline is fantastic for getting to Nottingham. The food was absolutely appalling, the bar is quiet, no atmosphere. The breakfast pathetic for the price. Use the hotel definitely, but eat and drink elsewhere.
