Everything here was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good as there is a tram that takes you into the city. The breakfast was more than adequate.

“ Disability Discrimination”
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Premier Inn Nottingham West.
I booked a family room for two nights for a family holiday. Due to a change in plans, I paid an additional £58 to change my booking date. In total, I paid £210 (£152 for the booking plus £58 to amend the date).
After checking in at around 10:00 pm, the night receptionist (whose name I believe began with “V”) asked my family to leave the hotel before midnight. I was told that if we did not leave within 30 minutes, the police would be called.
I was travelling with my three autistic children. Rather than risk causing them further distress or creating a confrontation, I felt I had no choice but to leave the hotel, despite having paid for two nights’ accommodation. We then had to make alternative arrangements late at night after a three-hour drive from Guildford, Surrey.
What made this experience even more upsetting was that I felt my family was treated unfairly because of my children’s disabilities. Families with autistic children deserve understanding, patience and reasonable support, not threats of police involvement.
To make matters worse, I have now received an invoice showing a payment of only £70, which does not reflect the £210 I actually paid.
I have asked Premier Inn to investigate this incident, explain why my family was removed from the hotel, and correct the billing records. This experience caused significant stress and upset to my family, and I am considering taking the matter further if it is not resolved appropriately.

A fan and windows that don't open wide will not cool a room, a little reccomendation air conditioning often works especially when you are only provided with 30 tog duvets. In rooms that get to 30° and outside its 15° get with it premier inn management i am now only booking rooms with air conditioning.
