  Absolutely love this place. I stay here for work purposes two weeks once a month. Stuff are very friendly and welcoming, easy checking in process, rooms are big, clean and tidy, beds are so comfortable! The room has all the features you need. Breakfast it’s just amazing, do fresh and tastes amazing! I love staying here, I feel welcomed and relaxed all week, the pub located in site it just great. The food is delicious and the very fairly priced, you even get 20% off on food for staying at the premier inn! Would recommend this place to anyone!!

  I recently stopped at the Premier Inn Nottingham South, and I have to rave about the impeccable service from Patrycja and Dee. They are truly an asset to the company! From start to finish, they were attentive, polite, and went above and beyond. The rooms were spotless, with everything in perfect order, including the bathroom. The bar and restaurant, where Patrycja and Dee served me, were run to the highest standard—the food, the service, everything was consistently top-notch. I can’t recommend them or the hotel enough—absolutely fantastic!

  I stayed at Premier Inn Nottingham South and had a very disappointing experience. The room clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned even for arrival. The floor and surfaces had visible debris and wasn't cleaned despite two requests for room service. Even after asking for the room to be serviced, basic things weren’t done—dirty crockery wasn’t replaced and the floor wasn't hoovered. When I raised this at reception, the response was defensive rather than helpful. I was told it was a "budget hotel" as if that excused poor hygiene standards, and that this particular receptionist hadn’t taken the original request or done the cleaning, therefore it wasn’t her responsibility to resolve the issue and I should have specifically detailed what I wanted to be cleaned. That attitude was extremely disappointing—guests shouldn’t have to navigate internal roles to get basic problems addressed. Regardless of price, I expect a clean room and a reasonable response when something isn’t right. Unfortunately, I didn’t get either. Very disappointing
