And yet another review based on heat. We stayed in Room 107, a family room, and temperatures got to ridiculous levels. It felt like when you step off the plane in a hot country but just for the whole night! No one in our room got any sleep, it was just too hot. One upside though is that the staff were great, and it's not their fault which we appreciate. All they could do was give cold waters and extra fans, which was nice in practice, but the fans don't do enough in those temperatures. Great location though, only a 25-minute drive from Center Parcs. However, please do not stay here during summer, or until they finally listen and get air-con, else you will have essentially zero sleep.

Another review based on heat - we stayed in 109 which is a large family room, 3 kids and 1 adult. Temperatures reached over 40 at night and it was unbearable. Staff were not able to do much apart from apologise, give us water and fans, but we did not sleep and it was far too hot. Strongly recommend avoiding here in summer.

Awww heya where do I even begin. Usally I love a cheeky premier inn but not this hell hold. Room temperature was like being stuck on front grill for 5 hours straight at Nando’s on a match day . It’s like they want too cook us alive in these oven style rooms and scran us. Me and my colleague head downstairs to complain and this Lovley old couple were telling us how freezing their room was and they turned fans off and requested extra blanket. I then proceeded to ask the staff on front desk “are the rooms meant to be as hot as a sauna” she replied with “yes that’s normal for all our rooms” I headed back up and now me and my colleague are going to leave a day early we would rather be driving back home then spend another day inside this oven. Usually all my premier inn stays are an amazing time but this one just ain’t it definitely needs a refurb. Staff was overall very friendly and nice whole way through and offered freezing waters.

Can’t even begin to describe what the heat of the room is like. It’s like being in a sauna and an oven at the same time. They do provide fans but they are quite literally the worst fans in existence and do not help with the temperature of the room. We left our stay a day early as we could not manage staying another night in that scorching hot room. Could not sleep as the heat was too unbearable.

Do not stay in this hotel in hot weather! Our room was unbearably hot, even though the outside temperature was much cooler. When we complained, Premier Inn said they advised customers that their room was not air-conditioned and that they had provided fans in the room. Warning of the lack of air-con is hardly the same as warning that the room is unbearably hot, and all the fans achieved was to blow the unbearably hot air around. Simple ventilation of the room would solve the problem, but the windows have very restricted opening and there's no through ventilation. Very poor response from Premier Inn: essentially they said 'yes, we know the rooms are unbearably hot but we think that warning of the lack of air-con is sufficient warning, so on yer bike!'
