  Recently popped in to have breakfast as Iv stayed here numerous times before! I come here as the staff are so lovely and helpful! Nothing is to much trouble, especially Ray and Nicola 😊 will always go that extra mile to make you’re stay that much better

  There is a little bit of noise from trams. But I knew there was trams outside when booking Adam was nice enough to ask his colleagues to put me in a quiet room this is my second visit and it’s been great again. Breakfast and dinner was amazing.

  This hotel is generally very nice, I have been a few times with my family and we came again for the beach in Nottingham. It was great fun and the team here were amazing especially Adam he always goes above and beyond. We love when Adam is in as he has a good convo with us and makes us feel welcomed everytime.

  This hotel is in a great location, the chef Adam come out the kitchen to help me read, I am not great at reading, he helped me read the allergen and told me what I can and can’t have. Thank you for going above and beyond.

  It's in a great location very close to where I needed, price excellent,staff were super amazing, helpful, caring unfortunately not enough of them ,room was clean apart from bathroom floor, unfortunately the room was Exstremly hot with just a fan and no AC that needs sorting as room to hot for summer & toilet only had those crap one at a time toilet tissues instead of toilet rolls,, breakfasts were good the normal fried breakfast and contental , night meals hit and miss,fish and chips good first night sticky toffee pudding wasn't great,second night had loaded nachos but were soggy,pepperoni pizza took 50 minutes was very greasy and cheese tasted of left me with a upset stomach I was given my cider free,3rd night no one took my order till I asked was told thought over servicer had took it they apologised again gave me my cider free again the mixed grill I had once arrived was very nice along with the Cadbury sundae,as I've stated before I believe the service let down is due to to few staff as they help in kitchen on bar at seating desk and at main reception but staff were brilliant honestly can't say how good they were , honestly the hotel was full Sunday with only the same amount of staff.
