  Die geräumigen Zimmer sind sauber, das Personal ist freundlich. Das Essen im Restaurant ist okay.

  So I was pretty disappointed with my stay at this Premier Inn, especially as I booked a Plus room which is the premium type. 1) the waste bin was full from the previous guest. 2) the soap dispensers were all broken. 3) the room door lock was damaged and I had to barricade myself in. 4) the carpets were in a terrible state. 5) there was no one around to talk to the next morning.

  A really good stay at this Premier Inn, made excellent by Kirsty, one of the staff here. She was so friendly and helpful - just excellent. My 9 year old commented ‘she’s a really nice lady isn’t she daddy?’. I said ‘yes, she is’. Thank you Kirsty for making a standard stay at a Premier Inn an excellent one! We shall be back!

  Fine stay, staff were great but it took a while to get checked in, buzzer might have been busted, don't know.

  I had came and stayed at the hotel for two days where i had met Shazeen who provided outstanding service throughout my stay. She was friendly, professional, and made sure all my needs were met, especially with my room. Even though the hotel was very busy, she also helped in the restaurant and continued to provide excellent care and service. She is a real credit to the hotel, and I really appreciated all her hard work. Highly recommend!
