  Not recommended (see photos) - here's my honest (quick) review of the Premier Inn in Nottingham: ㅤㅤㅤ I can't really say anything about the service. When I checked in the lady was nice, but quick. Other than that, there was no one at the reception when I checked out, I just left my room card in a box. ㅤㅤㅤ The parking situation is a bit difficult, but that's not the hotels fault since there is ongoing construction on half of the parking lot. Also not really the staffs fault, but rather the building: the walls and ceiling are very thin - if you have bad guests as neighbours then you won't get any sleep. You hear very loud thumping from them even walking normally above you. ㅤㅤㅤ Now the bad things, that could be changed: the room was not clean at all. It started with dust all over the furniture and the bedside tables. There were hairs of the previous guest all over the place - especially visible in the shower (see photo, I'm a man with short hair, these were long women's hairs). And then there was the state of the bath: rust and really thick limescale all over the place, and a bad odor from the drain. ㅤㅤㅤ Maybe I'm spoiled since I usually go to the Hilton or Marriott (sounds fancy but I book the cheapest room there), but even their cheap rooms are always clean. I've never been to any Premier Inn hotel, and maybe this was a one-off with just my room... ㅤㅤㅤ BUT: I feel like the cleaning could've been done better. It's a simple fix - wipe the dust off things and spray the limescale with a bathroom cleaner two or three times - done. A quick scrub and it looks like new (that's nothing that couldn't be done between guests). And other people's hair is a no go for this price :/ ㅤㅤㅤ For me that's the first and only time I go with Premier Inn. I still gave the room service a tip and some sweets (like I always do), but I genuienly hope they start to do better.

  Car at 5am revving up music on full tilt staff getting either dropped off or picked 🤔!!!! Paid for twin room got a double with guest pull out bed 🛌 absolutely rubbish!!! Gave us a 3rd floor room an my mate is disabled!!! ( there was a lift so not to bad)

  Room was lovely. Nice bathroom. Can't fault anything. Location was good for me and price also reasonable. Staff were very helpful when I needed assistance.

  Absolutely horrible exsprience here first off it's ridiculously overpriced and we weren't told about the power outage they had what they really should if done is put on the website before we booked and not be charged full price £170 even with the power outage they should of discounted our room also there good night sleep is so not true even it says on the website we should of got some sort of money back and under The Hotel Proprietors Act 1956 every hotel should benefit there residents at full satisfaction of good customer service and high quality rooms also under the food health and safety they didn't have a licenced food hygiene rating of 5 we're never staying in this hotel ever again plus all the construction in the car parked made the place look like a bomb site also you're lucky my partner wasn't injured otherwise I'll be pressing charges on this hotel And finally you better make your bathrooms look better and make your beds more comfortable cuz I'll be paying this hotel a visit again to check there progress if its actually ok to stay in Kind Regards
