  Lovely stay when attending a show at motorpoint arena. Room was clean and tidy. We stayed in a plus room, the surprise welcome treat of two bags of Cadbury chocolates and two mini bottles of Prosecco was a lovely touch. The hotel is being extended but as we arrived 4pm on a Saturday this didn’t affect us as no workmen on site. Great stay would highly recommend. Mr&Mrs Thomas (34,36)

  I was pretty surprised how much I liked my stay here as ive had some mixed stays at other Premier Inns. Lovely staff, really nice clean room at a really fair price for the night. Location is also really good especially if your wanting to visit Warhammer World (also right next to a load of resturants and a Sainsburys). Would def come again for my next visit to Nottingham.

  Unfortunately, our experience at Nottingham Castle Marina was very disappointing, primarily due to the cleanliness. The hotel rooms were inexcusably dirty, and the general standard of cleanliness really let the place down. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, which we appreciated, but unfortunately their service doesn’t make up for the major issues with cleanliness. We wouldn’t be in a hurry to return unless this is addressed.

  My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. When we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly and polite staff member who got us sorted in no time. Our room was a premier plus room and was extremely comfortable. Plenty of tea, coffee and bits. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was a good size as was the shower. Apart from a few specs of dust room was very clean. My only gripe and it is only minor and beared no impact on our stay was the air con was a little weak. Dont get me wrong, it still worked just took a little while. The bar/restaurant area was very, VERY good. Staff always on hand and polite, breakfasts were delightful. We had continental one morning and full english the next. We also had dinner here on second night and the food was delicious. Prices were very good for servings too. The staff members AK, Tef and Porscha deserve alot of praise, they made us feel very welcome and are very good at what they do. When we come back again to Nottingham, we will definitely be coming back here.
