Stayed there at the weekend and Lucy on reception was lovely. She was running around doing all stations and did a wonderful job. The hotel was clean and all the staff were great. The car parking is expensive but expected.

Hotel in a great location, room clean, spacious and comfortable! Was welcomed straight away by Lucy at the front desk. She was very lovely and very helpful!! Had dinner here too which was very nice. All members of staff are very friendly and approachable.

We stay here whenever we come to Nottingham for a concert and had another good stay. Lucy on reception was very helpful indeed ensuring we had a very quiet room so many thanks Lucy. The very noisy venue on the other side of the canal went quiet at 10pm as promised so we were OK after our concert and enjoyed a glass of wine at the bar before bedtime. Rooms are fairly basic and we always wonder why there is only ever one chair? £15 for parking overnight is rather steep but I suspect this is out of Premier Inn's control.

Stayed for work purposes in September 2026. Good location, convenient parking immediately outside, standard Premier Inn room which was in good order, and good value breakfast. What made the stay for me however was the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff. It really stood out. Thank you to all and keep up the fantastic service. (PS - there's a nice walk from immediately outside the hotel down the canal to the river which is well worth doing).

London Road Nottingham This hotel is very central to amenities. Staff very accommodating and helpful. However I had to ask for the room to be cleaned the level of dust was not acceptable on all furniture, headboard, carpet and when the sun shone even the walls were covered in dust!. I didn't get or need someone to come in and make bed etc but general housekeeping is not an area which should be overlooked and I felt the standard of Premier Inn had gone downhill big time and this was not reflected on the price of my stay. Very disappointed 😞
