- KFkim finn1 day ago5.0Warm welcome by Hayden on our arrival. We were earlier than expected and this was not a problem as our room was already ready. Everything was clean and tidy, if a little dated. The room was immaculate, beds were comfy, en-suite and fresh towels. Will stay again as our visit to Wales was far too short!
- MBMartin Bevan5 days ago1.0Awful service, dismal almost inedible food, and room very poor, very small bed and very low to the floor, and staff that gave the impression that the customers were an annoyance
- CGCarl GarbettSep 17, 20265.0Stayed for 7 days while working in area. Room was comfy and did the job. Room was refreshed when requested and was close to Port Talbot for work.
- CBCeri BethlemAug 31, 20261.0This place used to be wonderful when a receptionist called Claire worked there. It seems she's left now, and the place is all the poorer for that. It's a shambles now to be perfectly honest.
- RRRubyAug 1, 20265.0For a hotel that is "out of the way" it was brilliant. Great location, not a long drive from the heart of Port Talbot or Swansea. The staff are very friendly and made our stay much nicer as they were genuinely friendly and it actually felt like they wanted to be there. We will definitely be staying again when we're down that way.
