  This is a 5 star customer service hotel. I live here like I am at home. Whether it's Nicola. Amy or Beth at the front desk, Kerry the manager, Catriona in housekeeping - they do pamper their guests. Daily housekeeping, breakfast with a smile, homely atmosphere at the restaurant area - they do have it all ! Strongly recommend for anyone travelling to Swansea Bay

  Staff all excellent: friendly, helpful and efficient. Vastly overworked!! Siân, in particular, happily and efficiently worked: reception, “plumbing repairs”, bar server et al. Good, effective and quick, response to reporting a maintenance issue with our room. The,included / free, breakfast was excellent. Good choice, freshly and expertly cooked. Room clean, large and comfortable. But, warm , no AC, inadequate ventilation and ineffective fan. Room dark, poor lighting. Only one lift serving 80 rooms on two upper floors of building. Parking is a nightmare. Take care not to inadvertently park in conjoined Harvester area, you’ll get a penalty fine. inadequate parking and, commercial vehicles, large vans and small trucks, using disabled parking places. Public area was unusable and not family, or lone guest friendly as Hotel utilised by groups of workers, who dominated reception and dining area, watching sport on TV on weekday evenings. Easy access to nearby Harvester restaurant, with good and reasonably priced meals. Easy and handy access to main road network. Some traffic sounds, but not too noisy. No drawers and old fashioned, ridiculous “captive” coat hangers Good for a one night stopover, but not recommended for four nights!

  I dont usually leave reviews, but we had such a lovely stay for such a cheap price. The staff were all lovely and super helpful. The room was as advertised, basic but comfortable. We had a very corner roadside room and there was barely any road noise. We didn't hear anyone else during our stay either. Breakfast was basic (not in a bad way, just without frills) but plenty of options, and we were completely satisfied. The only thing that wasnt super pleasant was the sofa was a little less comfortable than a normal mattress, but I still had a good nights sleep. Would definitely stay here again.

  I stayed over one night. The hotel itself is a little out of the way, the parking situation is not ideal either nor are there enough Blue Badge bays to serve the size of the hotel/parking area however the hotel is comfortable, the breakfast was free and excellent and the majority of the staff were friendly and interested in learning of where you had travelled from and where you were going. There was lovely Dove products in the hotel rooms plus a small vanity kit, only thing lacking was body lotion! The bed was pretty comfortable for a good night sleep and the hotel was clean. There is one lift and the disabled access rooms are not on the ground floor, of which I found somewhat unnerving. This location was handy for a quick access to the M4 though less handy for those wishing to be based more centrally. It cost £91 for one night with breakfast on a weekend, fair enough price.
