  Whitbread should be ashamed for how they have treated Beefeater Staff and getting rid of the restaurants #BringBeefEaterBack !!!! I won’t ever stay at a premier inn again.

  We booked this place because we were going to an event in Milton Keynes. We arrived at 3.30pm, and parked at the multi story car park next door. We checked in automatically using the terminal, however there was a helpful member of staff supporting us with getting all our room cards sorted. It was a standard room, a double bed and a single bed with the usual bathroom. It did feel cold on arrival and we successfully adjusted the aircon and the room eventually warmed up. We left for the evening and returned about 12.30pm. The bar was still open so we ordered drinks before bed. The bar lady was very lovely. We slept well in our warmed up room. In the morning we headed for breakfast. It was busy but we found a suitable table. The choices were as you would expect, cereals, fruit and yoghurts, coffee and juices, then a fully cooked breakfast option. The help yourself buffet was being refilled when we arrived so everything felt freshly cooked. My partner is vegetarian but we forgot to mention it on arrival but there was still plenty for her to choose from. All in all we were satisfied with breakfast 😋 The location of this hotel is ideal, we were a 10minute walk from the train station and very close to the town centre with all amenities available. Check out at 12pm was a breeze. I would recommend 👌

  We were visiting my son for his engagement party so chose this hotel the staff by and large were really friendly.The food on the other hand left a lot to be desired. The breakfast was lukewarm and very greasy. To pick up a hard fried egg I had to chase it round the tin and use my hand to get it on the spoon. Evening Dinner was an absolute disgrace. How can you not have enough fruit to do my sweet selection. Now getting on to the room.there was so much noise from the aircon that I was told that, on reporting, that it was one of those things. The next night the noise was louder. I reported it at 3.30am and actually had the chap come and switch the thing off. Sir Lenny needs to stay in our room 16 then he might change his tune. Based on this experience, I don’t think I’ll return
