  Probably the friendliest welcome to a Premier Inn ever. Indra was brilliant after a long journey. Makes a huge difference.

  It was definitely a lower standard to other Premier Inn Hotels. Although newly refurbished the bed slid around, and the carpet still has nails by the doorway to the bathroom that have not been flattened, giving you that at home feeling of stepping on lego. No air-conditioning at this place so perhaps not a summer stop over. Overall it was Mehhh

  Had a lovely stay for the 1st 2 nights and all staff on duty were pleasant, friendly and professional. On final morning, getting breakfast was ridiculous. Food was coming out in stages so could not get a meal with everything on your plate. The chef Anna was rude and body language aggressive when we asked simple questions about when the food would be ready. I understand she was probably under pressure but treating paying customers in that way is unacceptable. We asked and received a refund from reception sraff and spoke to on duty manager jo who was at the time apologetic and understanding and agreed that the chefs attitude had already been noted and were going to pull her off the station if it continued. After that Jo James and Anna were seen laughing in the kitchen and so I approached Jo for all their names so I could complain and I said im pleased you think the situation was funny. Jo denied she was laughing at the situation. I would never stay here again after this experience despite the other staff being a credit to this hotel.

  Started off as abit of chaos no fault to the young girl on reception Brooke, she was ace. She managed to help all our company sort the mess around with our bookings and was so helpful. The rooms are as you expect with Premier Inn however definitely a lot cleaner than the ones I’ve stayed in previously. Gutting that the restaurant don’t use the meal allowance we had

  Very good location, plenty of parking, room clean and breakfast was very nice.All staff was nice and helpful. However, careful in summer; no Aircon and windows only open a crack due to health and safety but I may die of heat exhaustion it's so hot. Keep cutains closed and windows open during the day, and try to put the fan in front of the window to pull cold air in, unfortunately the leads are a bit short for this
