- AIArif IbrahimApr 6, 20261.0Avoid this place if you expect basic respect. I had a deeply upsetting experience at Holiday Inn Northampton West. During dinner service, a staff member spoke to me in a completely unprofessional and degrading manner and called me “childish” in front of others. This was humiliating, unnecessary, and felt like outright bullying. What is even more concerning is the attitude of staff — instead of resolving issues or supporting residents, they make you feel like the problem. This raises serious concerns about how people are treated here. As a transgender/non-binary person, this experience was even more distressing. Being spoken to in this way created a hostile and uncomfortable environment, and I did not feel respected or safe. This is not the standard you would expect from a hotel under a major brand. Staff behaviour like this should not be tolerated. I have made a formal complaint, but others should be aware of how poorly guests/residents can be treated here. Very disappointing experience.
- ICIan ChaffeyApr 12, 20183.0Typical Holiday Inn experience. Staff friendly, rooms nicely decorated and clean and a reasonable meal from the bar. The gym is very under equipped with two running machines, a rower and four pairs of dumbbells up to 15kg.

Rooms are great with usb charger ports and look really good. Reception and bar area completely different and look great. Evening food and breakfast were very acceptable
