She helped me with taxis to the airport and into town. I met a new housemaid I think angie who looked after 304 corridor and she was so so sweet and helpful. All in all the staff are and were amazing and I enjoyed my stay. Well done to all staff on what was a very bus weekend.

I'd also like to mention that all of the staff I encountered were lovely, helpful, and professional throughout my stay, which reflects very well on the hotel as a whole. I would especially like to thank Claude, who was outstanding throughout my stay. He was incredibly professional, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. His kindness and dedication truly made me feel valued as a guest. Excellent customer service is becoming increasingly rare these days, so it was refreshing to experience such a high standard of hospitality. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
