  Was late minute booking. Receptionist was a guy with glasses and ginger hair, he was very pleasant and helpful. We had family room, room number 12 checked out today 9th august. First impression on entering room, it stank of urine, room was outdated. Look at pics. For over 400 pounds, I expected a better room and cleaner. Luckily we could open window and switch on AC. The beds were fine, there was small spiders around room and cracks and dents all over room. Bathroom was like a prison bathroom, it was not cleaned properly, there was human waste marks around toilet, look at pics. Carpet needed a wash, basically the whole room needs updating. I had 2 children with me, one of them has severe dust allergy, so I was cautious. I was very tempted to go to reception and ask for another room, but we were a little busy and receptionist apart from the guy with glasses appeared unhelpful, they will not go out of the way to help customers..., it's a budget hotel at the end of the day...but we paid a premium price. There is no fridge or microwave, basic things needed with kids. Overall, I would not return unless I was on my own. My brother was on 3rd floor and he had a much better room and it was updated..... Futhermore, I would never pay over 100 pounds a night for premier inn, nothing premier about it, just a inn.... Look at my pics and decide for yourself. REFUND ASAP....NOT HAPPY

  Had such a lovely stay, from a delicious breakfast to the large air conditioned rooms. We were welcomed with a big smile by the wonderful Alison, who kindly accommodated to our needs. Would stay here again.

  my friend and I stayed at a different premier inn however had some complaints but upon calling the wrong one by mistake the hotel staff at the desk Andrew was very patient, kind and respectful man who was willing to help me and my friend sort our issue and find the correct premier inn, overall lovely experience with this man and am now feeling much better about my overall experience with premier inn knowing their staff are this lovely. Andrew deserves a raise!

  My wife and I spent 2 nights here whilst house hunting in the area, as it was the only chain hotel in the area which had aircon, which is hard to fathom! It is located on a roundabout on the outskirts of Corby with a petrol station, shop and a number of fast food outlets. There is also a chain pub next to the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. However, the bathroom was a bit tired and could do with a refresh. The shower was ceiling mounted which made it difficult not to get your hair wet if you weren't washing it. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

  I have had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn during what has been a very difficult time in my life. From the moment I arrived, every member of staff has been kind, welcoming and compassionate, making me feel safe and comfortable. A special thank you to the housekeeping team, who work incredibly hard to keep the rooms and hotel spotless. Their attention to detail, friendliness and dedication have not gone unnoticed, and they always greeted me with a smile. I’d also like to give a special mention to the hotel manager, who has been professional, approachable and genuinely caring throughout my stay. Their support and willingness to help have made a real difference and have shown exceptional customer service. The hotel is clean, quiet, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the staff go above and beyond to ensure guests have everything they need. Thank you to everyone at Premier Inn for your kindness and hospitality. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. 10/10!
