  Lovely stay at the Ramada had an evening meal and it was delicious. Staff were lovely. My only complaint is the 1 member of staff was so overworked it was sunday at 7pm and she was checking staff in , taking orders for food , serving on the bar, delivering food to rooms , serving food to tables and clearing tables this was 1 lady doing all this with no help. Dinners were collecting there own food from the chef trying to help the poor lady she was run off her feet. I think she should get a bonus for doing an excellent job.

  James at reception and Pai from the breakfast team looked after us wonderfully. They were very friendly, pleasant and professional. The Chef cooks extremely well — breakfast was delicious. The hotel is very quiet, room is confortable and you sleep really well. I recommend it 100%.

  The hotel rooms and service is actually very good. Food is fairly priced and good, along with the bar. The only issue i have is the fact that they promote a gym but it is just a room with 3 cardio machines, a weight racl that goes up to 8kg dumbbells and a floor mat, which is quite disappounting given i picked fhe gym solely because it said it has a gym. All in all id give this hotel a solid 3.8 out of 5.

  We had a good experience overall. The hotel was nice, clean and comfortable, although I felt the price was a little on the high side. The location wasn’t particularly convenient for the Bristol Balloon Fiesta. We took a taxi there and had some difficulty finding a taxi back afterwards. However, I think the hotel would be a perfect stopover for anyone travelling from the north towards Cornwall. The only other issue was during breakfast. The staff didn’t seem to supervise the breakfast area very closely, and unfortunately, some guests were allowing their children to sit on the food counter. I feel this kind of behaviour should be addressed by staff, as it is simply unhygienic. Apart from that, we had a good experience and would consider staying again.

  Other than bathroom fan not working and a bedside table missing the room was great, tea and coffee, towels, fan, iron and board. Pay extra for all you can eat buffet breakfast, which was good albeit missed have the option of fresh fruit, ie; bananas. Staff day, eveni g and night all very polite, chatty and helpful. Location was ideal situated off of M5. Only downside is yes there's a Starbucks, burger king and petrol station but not open 24hrs, so finding a bite to eat past midnight not possible.. saying that WHS was I beleive 24hrs but limited food options at extortionate prices.
